These people got a judgement against me in April - WITHOUT GIVING MY MY RIGHTFUL DAY IN COURT - and take $600 to $900 A MONTH depending on if it's a 2 or 3 check month!!! They call my house 8 or 9 times EVERY DAY using different numbers with different names (Law Firm, 800 Service) to get me to pay it off sooner IN A LUMP SUM! I am about to lose my job - this is TOTAL HARASSMENT!!! Thank God I have voice mail records dating back to May - I will be taking them to court when this whole mess is done!

I agree with you justaguy....This company is notorius for not properly serving court documents. Believe me if you have a smart lawyer you can have it dropped for good..happened to someone close to me...they can not ever take them back to court because it was proven in court that service of documents was not done properly and they had no proof of debt...and good for you for following thru..most people feel they have to pay up and that there isnt anything you can do...and the other guy is full of baloney...shouldnt judge people without all the facts!!!

Nice dude, way to go jack***. I have had persoanl experince with these so called attorney debt collectors. I took my rightfull day in court and sued them for there lies. They got a judgement on me without my knowledge. I went to court and got it reversed. They couldnt even provide the court with a signature or even anything for that matter proving their case of debt they claim I owed. Its guys like you that make the rest of us sick dude !!!!

Send Law Suits notice, with no initial contact. When you try to call them back you get a recording. They return calls on the weekend, after their office is closed. You can never get ahold of anyone. I sent a certified letter, explaining that the amount they claim is exxagerated. They did repsond by mail, however stated they are only in position to collect a debt, not discuss any information. They are scum, Discover Card is scum, and the cedit card industry deserves what is is getting. unfair business practice.

they said they are retained by capital one, i have lost 4 times to them and they re change the amount and sue me again. they aacept 10 dollar a month from me. are the worst you could imagin. they can fool the justice system and get away with it.

This is an attorney in southern lower Michigan who are debt collectors. They are idiots to work with and very rude on the phone.
