Thanks for the tip - we got the same postcard.

The card is unsolicited "junk" mail from "Great Lakes Water Testing and Treatment Company."  It is a rather deceiving, since they never tell you on the card who was trying to reach you and why.

They claim they will take you off their mailing list, but this is the second card I received in a year and a half after asking to be removed.

got the same card.  didn't call though....does anyone know what/who it is?

Received a post card in the mail with the following text:

We have been unable to reach you by phone.
Please call us within three (3) days.

Call between 1:00pm-9:00pm MONDAY-FRIDAY
           10:00am-2:00pm SATURDAY
