I called them back only to hear that I reached a number that is no longer in service. How is that possible

I also have been receiving calls from this number. I do not answer it, answering machine picks up they leave no message, stupid people. I'am tired of these calls.

I received a call at 9:00AM (CST) from (800) 211-7690 and the caller did not say anything when I picked up.  Thereafter, I called back and it went straight to busy.  I am going to report them to the FCC and not answer unknown callers.

Severals today from this number.. I let my answering machine answer but whoever NEVER leaves a message.

This is obviously a # in a telemarketing database. Don't answer!! or the calls will continue nonstop. and ATT says they can do nothing to stop the calls!!

Same thing here. I didn?t pick up initially, but when I called back it was an automated ATT U-VERSE survey regarding a service call I made 1 day before. I did take the time to provide them feedback.

Go to the FCC Web site.  They have a section for phone complaints. The more complaints they get, partciularly when they have details, the better.

I spoke with them and they told me they have been getting many calls from people that are pissed off about their calls. THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE CALLS !!!
I waited until the next time these A-holes called me and pressed 1 to continue the call. The person that came on the line asked me about someone who apparently had my phone number more than 7 yrs. ago.
I've been getting phone calls about this person from debt collectors for the last 7 yrs. The number is being used to "spoof" caller ID by a debt collection company. The company is SMS Inc.. They are a debt collection company in Orlando FL. The full name of the company is Southern Management Systems their mailing address is P.O. Box 149966 Orlando, FL 32803 their phone number is (800) 229-4531 and you can find their web site at http://www.sms-collects.com/index.htm.
I hope this helps all of the people that this company has been harassing, and I would hope that you all file complaints with the FTC and FCC as I will be doing.

At&t repair service survey. Trust me, they Don't want to hear my answer

I am a disabled person. Please stop these type of calls coming to my phone. I have call block as well and have turned this number over to the authorities.

This number 800-211-7690 is from AT&T customer survey as mentioned above. I called back and the recording announced that it is AT&T and requested to enter phone number that I am calling about and then asked for me to complete the survey based kn the call I maded to them a couple of days ago.

I got this call but did not answer. However, it could be AT&T like somebody mentioned, because I did call them about a matter a couple of days ago. You'd think the PHONE COMPANY would identify itself! I'd probably take the survey.

Excuse me little girl who answers the phone, you have been reported to the AT&T Business Office! AT&T does not recognize your phone number!  Also have call trace on my phone so you are not difficult to locate by the authorties! Fraud is a serious crime and when you are nailed, It will all be over except for the crying on your part! Time to grow up, put the childish games away, pick up your toys and go home! You are a liar and if I or anyone else is interested in any type of survey then trust me the customers would voice their opinions while speaking with At&t customer service and would not need you bugging them with your lies!

Received call from this number, Didn't answer so called number back and automated message stated call will be monitored or recorded then repeated itself. Rang a couple of times then a young girly voice appears speaking quickly and almost whispering not being able to hear everything being spoken but did hear her say loud and clearly, " This is a number that AT&T is using!" "Oh, AT&T has put you on the "DO NOT CALL LIST!" Amazing that this call had made it thru past my Privacy Management/Call Reject Service that I literally pay an additional charge for every month! The best part of the story is I have always had Unpublished numbers with the service provider and within less than 36 hours I begin receiving these awful calls.

keep getting calls from this number.  the pone rings twice and then it sounds like a fax machine.

I called the number 800/2111-7690.  When they answered, I told them I did not know why Infiniti would be calling me.   They indicated that their number had been compromised by AT&T and transferred me to AT&T where I was told there was a survey to complete because I had called repair service.

This number belongs to Infinity of Mission Viejo.  Not sure why they're calling, we don't own an Infinity and they left no message.

This number 800-211-7690 is AT&T requesting you take a survey. If you called into their office for any reason they are now wanting you to take a survey on your experience.
