It is the collections department for Knology/WOW cable company (I used to work there) Its a generic recording.

The number called and asked that I return the call to the exact number, I did and it put me on hold for a bit and then transferred me to the same line that I would have got if I had called Knology/WOW directly.

This was a collection call this time I believe, as they told me my balance and said if I didn't make payment by the 30th I might experience service disruptions.

Knology - Service Department -  I had issues with my phone and they called prior to coming out to my house.

Knology asking me to update my credit card info (it was expiring). Started with a recorded voice identifying the company and asking me to wait, it took about 20 seconds before a human came on but the call was very quick after that.

Got call from 800-211-8891. Automated system. I did call back and they just was telling me about my acct was getting to the past due notice. I normally don't call back and a real person don't leave a message. Who ever thought of the idea of an automated system had no idea what would be the outcome.

yes I got A call and not HAPPY IS ACCOUNT  that has been charged off for years   I have adv then  to ceaise and  disits  and when as for a mailing address they hang up and wont stop calling

Hard to understand..Had 6 calls in two days. .Represenative claims to be working for Knology. Asks for a payment over the phone. Tried to convey to us that we had not made a payment since 1995!!!!!  Say What!!! Wasn't even using Knology at that time... another sleeze ball to lazy to find an honest way to make a living....

Received six calls from this number yesterday and one call today.  Why, when they never say a word?

I got a call from this number.. there was no answer and after I said "Hello" twice it hung up.

Called second time in week and disonnects when I answer

When I called this number back, it says "Thank you for calling Knology"...

I just got a call from this number. This was a notification from Knology Holdings Inc. One of the local cable companies in town

They have called several times but never left a message...when I've answered it there hasn't been anything said.

This is knology reminder line, telling you to make a payment or that you are scheduled for cutoff soon. I get this call a lot.

I had about a dozen from this 1-800-211-8891. They left this number to call back. I have no idea who they are and will not return the call.

It's a Knology courtesy call...whatever that means.  I do have a Knology account, they are awful.  Don't use Knology if you can help it.

Number displayed on caller ID, rang three times before I answered.  Dead air. No reply.  Go figure.

Number shows up on the caller ID - I answered only to tell them to remove my number from their calling list but nobody would answer me after I said hello about 5 times. Then they hung up on me.

Knology "courtesy call".  I have never called Knology nor do I have an account with them- they don't even service the boonies out where I live, so I don't know why they are calling me :(

I received another call from this number just now. This time I let it go to voicemail. It was an automated voice (female) letting me know I should call them regarding my Knology account.
