This is still going on. I keep getting recorded messages for a D.S., and I've never even heard of that person, nor do I have any idea why they'd be calling my number.

I received a call from a Mr. David Young from this number with a file # for any reason this person continues to contact, I have reported this to the FCC and BBB I recommend that you do the same!

Commercial Recover Systems in Dallas Texas.  wow, these people are rude and nasty. I know my rights and the laws. This person refused to give the address so I could send a C&D letter to them. That  is against the law. so be it. If they want to play dirty so can I.

It is so sad that so many people are so mean,nasty ,rude and that is just the way they are....

I keep getting calls for a person I do not know. I have informed the company trying to reach this party but they continue to HARASS ME.

This has been going on for THREE YEARS.

Repeatedly, I tell this company I do not know the person.  Every single time they call I request they remove my number from their records.  They say they will remove it BUT NEVER DO!  

I have run google searches trying to find out who they are. No luck. I called the FCC and Consumer Affairs.  They gave me instructions on writing an official letter and provided with the exact phrasing (so I can send a letter making a formal request for phone number removal).

Unfortunately--these repetitive & harrassing callers REFUSE to tell me the name of their company or address.  

According to the FCC and Consumer Affairs, they are required to comply with this request  but the employees who awnser the phone are RUDE and EVASIVE and REFUSE to provide information of any kind.

I received a message from a dave larue supposedly representing cres he was threatening in his tone gave some bogus claim number and said I needed to call him back. I googled his name several LaRues appearred none involving this CRES company. I found this web site and found that plenty of people have gotten the same phone call . If he calls again I will report him to FCC

I was left a message by "Janelle" from CRS for someone else.  

I have had several calls like this (from various #s, a group called CCS); but, it has been a while.  I was reasonable with the callers until the 3rd or 4th call.  Then, I changed the tone and volume of my voice.  I told them I knew who they are and that I was contacting the FCC.
