They called for my ex wife, divorced 12 years ago.  He hassled me for a lead to get her current number which I don't have.  I told him just to stop calling me.  He called me stupid and hung up on me.  I called Larry back.  He said that if I continued to call his recordsed messages of me calling would be used to report me for harrassment.  Commercial Recovery Systems.

Calling for someone that has the same last name as mine (don't know who they're asking for ) about a debt. Left a message telling this person to call them - they gave an account number to reference. Probably a debt collector.

They buy old debts in my case its over 10 years old! They claim that if you don't pay they will send the bill to the IRS and you will have to pay? They will not give you an address or nameand they want you to pay with a credit card or check over the phone. My attorney says if its over 7 years old they can not not do a single thing to collect, its over the statue of limitations. At least in Ga.

Mark Russell called my house, making fun of the fact I owed debt, making fun of my husband and calling me names. I did owe money to a company, but not the one he said. I called the original company I owed money too. Explained that I had gotten behind because my husband had been laid off but I could now settle the debt. I told him the way this guy was talking to me. The got the debt back from CRS. This company said they have had a lot of complaints with this company and plan to pull the rest of their accounts soon.

They called and left this agressive message not saying where they were from and they wanted me to call and use a reference number that I had noo clue about.

They called and left a message about a claim filed against us not saying where they were from and they wanted me to call back. The answering machine had a different name with the same voice.

I received a call from a man that said his name is Mr. Watts. He said that he was calling from an attorneys office and that a claim had been filed against me.He left this message on my answering machine on May 7. I have no idea who he is.

got a call today from "Michael Watts" stating that a complaint had been filed against me and left a "case number" to reference. Told me that myself or atty needed to call back. Company name when I called back was CRS.  Still have no idea what it is about. Can someone enlighten me?

I did not get the call, I am in the Army and they called my freaking commander!  The guy that called her was Mark Russell and would not say anything.  have not called them back yet.

My ROOMMATE got a voicemail for me, from 800-214-5359 asking me to call back regarding a certain account number (which rings no bell).  Assuming it's a scam.

This man called for the second time, he said his name is Michael Watts and that he is with some county clerks office (he doesn't say the county name very clearly and I can't understand him. He says that a claim has been filed against me.He said that he will not call again and that I need to have my attorney call him immediately. He has a very rude tone to his voice. I have no idea where he is from or who he is. My caller ID reads:
