Debt collector

Have been calling for years from more than one number, always say you owe money.  It is as though your name is Brown and even though there are 100s of Browns in the phone book, it just has to be YOU.

I don't answer.  They also call my office.

She helped us save over 9800.00! I did get garnished and YES the judgement was real! You  people probably don't take ANY of your financial responsibilities seriously. Not only did she provide me with OFFICIAL court docs she made sure the order was lifted Immediately! Thanks Mindy!

Giving back the car does not absolve you of the debt. There is ALWAYS a deficiency that YOU OWE. Your car loses value and the bank  ( other people's money) should be returned.

Spent over an hour on the phone with Mindy Maxwell. Judgement...yada yada yada...judgement verified...etc., garnishing your wages tomorrow, connected me with someone from the "courthouse" who verified that a judgement had been filed against me, only it wasn't really me. Wanted to settle with me for about half the judgement amount. Would have to overnight express the money. Asked for a number to call back, was given this number. Hung up, called the local courthouse directly. They did have that case number but it was not filed against me. Just someone that was a close name to mine. Called Miss Maxwell back to tell her I would not be paying (she actually answered) and she told me that my company would be receiving notice to garnish my wages. Funny thing is, the local courthouse told me they only garnish wages between landlord and tenants. Oh...and I won't be arrested. They used a lot of "scare" tactics during the hour or so I was on the phone with them. Quite annoying actually.

Got a call on my phone for my brother-in-law.  It's a recorded message asking to call 1-800-214-5386 and ask for Mindy Maxwell.  Gave me a 7 digit account number and said the phone call was an attempt to collect a debt.

This is an automated call and a scam.  They keep calling for a phony name, Jeff Critterman, hoping that you will supply your information as proof that you are not this person.  I asked some idiot to remove my telephone number from their call list and they keep calling. It is so lame. These people need to get a life.

I have been gettings calls froim her everyday and when i call back and asks to speak to her boss she said i need to get on my knees and pray to god to speak to her boss. What else can I do? email me acranson@niacc.edu

I receive a phone call from Ms . Maxwell stating myself or my lawyer should contact her immediately in regards to a judgment against me . Did not state her company name nor what what the judgement was or . I thought court came first .. I think these are scare tactics and should not be allowed , who ever these people are they need to be regulated in some fashion and held accountable for there business practices.

I just recieved a call from this Ms. Maxwell too.  She called with a blocked number.  i let it go to voice mail.  She says I need to call she has a very important claim that I need to call her about.  Well hmm I really dont think I need to call back now that I have read the other complaints here.  Not going to worry about her. If ya can't let your number show thru who you are i dont want to talk to you.

They call and leave fake messages about complaints. Then when you question this supposed ms maxwell she hangs up and runs when a she finds out an attorney is involved. When you try to get info they keep running. This woman is a fake and now will be exposed for what they are. My family member is a judge in the county they are trying to push a fake claim thru. Ms. Maxwell better hold on she is going to have a severe collection and law suit coming to her..

This is a company that claims they have a debt on me from a Company Call Triad Financial, and they are a debt collection company, I did have an account with this Financial company over 12 years ago, they received there merchandise back but they are still trying to collect on it. I just hung up on them. They also used the name of Mindy Maxwell, an presented me with a reference number.

I have received almost daily calls asking for a Danisa Gelatto and giving a file no. 3299926.  I am keeping track of the number of calls and will report this number to the Better Business Bureau for harrassing me.

This number left a message in my voice mail, saying that there's an important phone call for me, giving reference to a 7 digit account number.  I don't have any unpaid debts, nor do I have that account number.  When I returned the call from this number, blocked, to see if they identified the company, an answering message with a female voice said, "These are the offices of Ms. Maxwell..."  And prompted me to leave my identifying info and mode of contact.  Right!!!.....................  Please, if anyone can figure out who this harassing number belongs to, expose them.  I think this Ms. Maxwell is a fictitious name to see who is dumb enough to fall for it and leave personal info to a total stranger.  Any respectable business identifies itself and the kind of business they do instead of luring innocent victims with lies and deception.  SHAME ON YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
