It's a bogus pharmacy called Health Meds in Nevada.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!  like an idiot, i did. Did the COD, believed the money back guarantee. They sent Alprozolam instead of Phenetermine (which look extremely fake!) and I have been the run around since! (1 month now) either they hang up, or are extremely rude, now the 'manager" say he cannot locate an order for me and cannot do anything, 'i must have ordered from another pharmacy" gee, did he forget every phone call he promised to send my money back-for a month???? would love to turn the Alprozolam into the authorities (clearly says Phentermine on the bottle)  Actavisis the pharmacy that filled it, but the address is for HealthMedPlus.

I forgot to mention that he shipped UPS with only a C.O.D.
I have talked to a handful of people with different numbers they have given me.  They are good at playing a game on you and sending you back and forth to different offices.

I was a stupid fool!!!  He, "Frank Davis" caught me on the right day  (for him) and I accepted some fake phentermine.  Never again.  
The pharmacy he said was out of Florida.  I can not believe I was that dumb!
I took one when I recieved them and was VERY tired from the pill, could barely finish cooking dinner.
I took one the next day too, glad I never got sick, but wonder what it is...it is more like a sleeping pill than a diet pill.

I used to order certain medications for legitmate medical needs when my work cut our insurance and couldn't afford to buy it outright.  I did this until I found out it was illegal.  Anyway, my phone number must have been sold to about 20 different "pharmacies"; most based in India.  C.S. people were calling me everyday, literally 10-15 different drug pushers!  They were calling from India, but the caller ID's would come up as a city/state in the US from Portland, MEto Portland, OR.  
The one you are speaking of in this thread finally called.  I finally found a way to get rid of them.  Tell them that you are NOT interested in medication because you get your meds from a legitimate local doctor THROUGH AN INSURANCE COMPANY.  I'm not sure why, but this worked for me on every single call, even these a##holes!  Good Luck!

The phentermine pills are fake and only upset your stomach to the point of nausea.  They say that they are your health med pharmacist and you?re eligible for a refill.  4 or 5 years ago I was prescribed phentermine by a local doctor. I bought one order of phentermine when I was out of town for an extended stay and there was no issue or problem except my insurance wouldn?t reimburse me. I assume they sold my number and I get calls from every area code in South Fl to Texas. It?s a joke now; when I'm in a group I'll tell my friends it?s my ?dealer? calling, does anyone want anything that'll make you sick or vomit. I hand the phone to whomever?s in the office or standing around. I told them I would have a new telephone number starting the next day and I gave them the direct office number of a local police detective friend; he can?t get them to stop calling either. I guess business is bad for them too.

DO NOT purchase anything from an individual calling himself 'WILSON SMITH' or 'OMAR ' He is selling 'phentermine' tablets that are fake at best if not outright DANGEROUS! The pills he sells are old leftovers from products ACTAVIS has recalled due to safety issues and do nothing but induce vomiting and have been linked to irrepairable stomach lining damage, heart valve defects, etc. He ships via FedEx and 'accepts' money orders. If you should receive any calls or messages from this individual (1-347-568-2440) forward them to the Dade County Police or contact your local authorities immediately! Furthermore, any medications prescribed by 'Dr. J.D. Foster' should be reported to authorities as well since no such doctor exist. Will post a follow-up as investigation developes.

This number comes up multiple times per day, but there is never a message.  I have tried to return call, but no ones answers.  I have sent more than one text message, telling them to stop calling and I am NOT interested.
