I recieve 4 - 5 calls per day from Commercial Recovery systems, stating that I owe a debt but not stating what it is for.  They have also said that a complaint had been filed on my at work.They have gone so far as calling my parents tenants to try to get in contact with me.

This company is a dept collecter. dont ever belive anything they say, they just use scare tactics to get you to pay them money, they will try and scare you, by saying they are going to sue you in court.

Same thing Barbara Brown called i asked her to send me the paper work to show that i owed something and she refused to do so stated they would garnish my wages first of all i told her you can  not garnish my wages unless you take me to court and secound you can not even tell me what its for i hung up two days later same thing but a different person stating that i owe 7000.00 dollars i said for what still could not tell me what for. then he stated they will sue me for the amount i said go ahead ..then 2 months went by with no phone call and today Mrs Brown again on my voice mail since you do not want to agree with us to pay this dept you are waiving your rights  we need to speak to your attorney ..the number to call back was 800-214-7819 they are so anoying if i owed something then they would have paper work or something to show me that i did these ppl are frouds

Same thing here Barbara Brown, but I have not called back. Calls come in as 'Restricted' and leaves that 1-800 as a call back number. Unless they are more specific, I'm not calling back.

What is their deal?! Annoying.

I just started receiving calls from CRS from Ms. Brown.  She threatened that a judgement had been filed with the county that I currently live in. She stated they were going to levy my bank account and stop me from getting student loans.  I'm finishing school and I took that as a threat.  I checked my credit report and I didn't see a judgement listed.  I did report them to FTC.  Is there anyone else that's been dealing with them and did they levy your assests?

My mother received a call for my wife from this number.  Caller left her name as Miss. Hudson.  My mom called me and passed on the information.  I educated her for future handling of 800 calls.  There's nothing I have in common on any record, paper or electronic, with my mother so her message caught me off guard.

I also get multiple calls from this # i think my person is karen?? always leaves a message saying that i must call back regarding a very seriouse matter? i owe nothing on anything and never pick up 1800 or blocked numbers. maybe if she said who she was and what this seriouse matter was id consider calling back!

I also received a voicemail stating my attorney contact them if I do not.   I called and explained they had the wrong person with my common name.   They were very ugly and hung up on me.

Receiving multiple calls from a Jason Steel and a Ms. Gomez daily. The number is blocked so they are obviously a little nervous. They will not give any information regarding the call. Both refuse to tell me who they are or what they are even calling for. Mr. Steel has made several verbal threats already. "Pay up or we will take it from you" seems to be his favorite choice of words. Funny thing is, he won't tell me what I'm supposedly in debt for. He's very frustrating to talk to because he has horrible grammar and many times will hang up on me if I point that out. I'm sorry, but I will not be taking this company seriously with an uneducated person making ridiculous threats towards me.

If I don't answer they leave a call back number of 1-800-214-7819. So far I've only found a PO Box and information on an Arcadia Financial in Illinois. Arcadia Financial has several Rip-Off reports filed against them and also come up as non-accredited in the BBB database. It seems some people have even taken legal actions against this company.

Don't let these people fool you. Don't let them use their horrible scare tactics. This company is a fraud and are most likely acting illegally with the threats and claims.

Have received three voice messages as many months from a female introducing herself as Ms. Evans and she uses this phone number 800-214-7819 as a callback option. She claims we have not called her back (a lie, we have left 2 voice messages) and now she wants to speak with our attorney, (no, she does not)
