A woman, who calls herself Tina Smart, has called my wife several times and threatened a law suit. Have no idea who it is for. But it apparently violates the FDCPA.

I received a call from the same number from a VERY rude woman named Tina Smart.

Called my unpublished home number.

This number has been calling for my father for the past few weeks and he has not lived here for nearly 15 years. We get a recording asking for him and upon calling the number back my mother spoke to a very rude woman by the name of Miss Martin who slammed the phone down and hung up on us when we asked to be removed from this calling list.
