received a call from a mr green. he named physical addresses and the last four of my ss saying I could set up payments to the irs over a loan I got on a repo for a car I had long ago. thought it was strange. he was very rude and left voicemails. I called the number to get a voicemail stating mr green's office but not the name of the establishment. found that strange. has anyone heard anything else from this guy?

got a call that my husband would be arrested and that there was a warrent out for his arrest. claimed he worked for the Lake county prosecuter. His name was mr Green. He also has a woman who calls. when i told him i was a paralegal and research is what I do for a living he choked up, I then asked him what he thought I found when I researched him. He no longer wanted to talk to me. So since a debt collector I continued to harrass him n call him every hour on the hour. He finally said i do not want you calling me any more. I told him why iam confused arent you a debt collector, I told him i would continue to harass him just as he did to my family. Havent herd from him since, he is a scam artist and if you give him the same treatment  he seems to back off! Kept the number and periodically ill still call it, he always hangs up on me and says i do not wish to speak to you anymore.

Received call to my magicjack# that I rarely use... asking for Louise somebody... not me... it was a collection company. This is the 2nd one in less than 2 months for the same Louise person...

I received a voicemail  from this number on 2/19.  It was a woman warning me of garnishment of wages being filed against me on 2/22 and that I needed to contact Mr. Green within 24 hours.  She did not mention a company name or any other information except a file #.

I received a call from this number syaing that I was going to have a wage garnishment and that local authorities were going to be sent to my home the very next morning. Someone named Mr. Prince left a voicmail on my phone. I called back got someone named Mr. Green. He answered the call. I called his bluff. He said that he doesn't know a Mr. Prince and that he must have transfered him to Mr. Green. Stupid....Mr. Green answered the phone...What a joke. I have reported them to the state.

Each state has different laws regarding recording telephone conversations. In some states it requires two party consent.  If your state only requires one party consent,  I think you can do it.

Can't wait for him to call me back so that I can hand the phone over to my POLICE OFFICER HUSBAND!!!! lol

So glad people are putting down their experiences with this guy so that I dont have to be so worried about being chased after. So Thanks!

Got a call from this guy saying I was being notified about an affidavit for garnishment from Middlesex County and that I had 24hrs to call back or there would be serious consequences.

Received phone calls from this same number.  Says he's Chase Green from Commercial Recovery Systems.  Threatened me with jail time.  Even contacted my mom and brother.  Threatened my mom.  Left several messages saying I was being sued, etc., etc., etc..

This guy, Chase Green, made a lot of threats and asked for money. Said he was a legal mediator for Hillsborough County Florida. I don't known this guy and wish he could be investigated. Very rude.

got the same call from Mr.Green stating i would be arrested in 48 hours ,wanted my email and other information which i did not give. He also was very rude and threatening would not give me credentials and refused to send me anything in the mail. When I mentioned that this was a scam and I looked him up with the phone number he hung up. He is worse than a bottom scum sucker!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr.Green stes i have judgmant for negligennce and if i didn'tcall him and give my bank acount information i will be arrest.

Blocked number...Same call...same number left to call...this time Mr. Green...states I have a judgment for negligence and if I didn't call within 24 hours he would go ahead with an arrest warrant...do not fall for this!

I hired consumer rights lawyer Jason Shear in Buffalo, N.Y.  We got the default judgment vacated and the debt collection case dismissed.

Got a call from Mr Green saying he was going to seize our house. He knew our address and a bunch if personal information! Very scary!

This is a scam. Do not send money. Indianapolis Metro Police Dept.

They are Commercial Recovery Systems. A couple years ago I sued one of these bottom scraper companies and they started their calls the same way. I see they have already broken one law with each of you - they are representing themselves as a law firm. The law states they don't even have to call themselves a law firm but just insinuate they are. By saying they are with the offices of _____, they are trying to make you believe they are a law firm. Also using legal terminolgy "affidavid" is more proof. Most likely they will do much more. My advise: call and act stupid and write down everything they tell you. If they are stupid enough to say these things when they know they are recorded-and you can do it-record them. These bottom feeder companies need to be shown a lesson. Any good attorney firm that deals with this type of fraud will love this case. Like I said, I'm sure there is much more that they will do to break the laws that govern them.

Just received 2 phone calls & the woman (Ms. West) left messages on my Voicemail stating that she worked for Eltman, Eltman, & Cooper.  The number she left to call back was 800.214.7884.  Sounded very suspecious...as I don't owe any debt & I have 801 credit score!  She stated that this is in regards to 'an execution of judgement' against me & that she needs to speak with my lawyer....but she never stated what the judgement was for?????  So I looked up Eltman, Eltman, & Cooper and got their number ((212) 660-3100) - notice NOT a 800 number!  So I called that firm directly....they only have one person that works there that starts with a W...and it's not "Ms. West" - only one guy who has a last name starting with a "W".  Additionally, I asked if they have my name & they said no.  So whomever is calling from this 800.214.7884 is a SCAM!!!  BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

got a voice mail from a thomas butler claiming to have an affidavit of complaint, with a case number,  come across his desk for me, and that his office would continue with proceedings if I didn't call back in 24 hours; funny, number he called from was blocked, or unknown, he left just the 800 number...have no  idea what state the call came from.  He never stated the organization he's associated with...i called back claiming to have reached a wrong number and asked what office did I reach....his reply was "an investigative office.'

Yes I got the same guy (Thomas Butler) he wanted me to send him money but told me I can't get a copy of (what the original creditor) sent to him.... He kept saying "I'm not sendin you nothing you know you owe this" Also, I asked him who do you think I am? I'm just going to send you money and I have nothing to go on? I let him know I was taping the call, and I'm calling the original creditor to let them know what you said... and the funny part is the company has not been around for years!!!(the orginal creditor)..... call the Law Office of Dean Malone in Texas they have a file on this company (214) 670-9989

GOT A CALL FROM SOME  GUY SAID HIS NAME WAS TOM BUTLER   TALKING ABOUT HOW HE HAD A AFFIDAVIT FOR MY SS#  ?? HIS NUMBER WAS 800-214-7884 ANY ONE ELSE EVEN HEARD OF THIS # OR GUY??
