They claim to be the WEST COMPANY, National Tele Service Company and on and on, If you call them they will give you false information and will refuse to provide their true business name. They work with Transaction Clearing and will bill your local phone company for false services. Look at your bill for the $8.40 unexplained charge on your bill.
