"Refinance NOW *1.5% Fixed Payment for 10 years"  All BS!!!!! No listed FAX number.

I added the 999-999-9999 number that shows up on the Caller ID on the FAX to JUNK.  That way when any "unknown" number (999-999-9999) calls, the fax wont accept.

They apparently got our fax number from an "established bsuniess relationship" so that means the US govt is using these spammers for loans apparently.

We get HUNDREDS of junk faxes from Mortgage Services a day and when I call both the removal # and the actual # to get removed I am treated very poorly. I also start to get extra faxes every day. They say that if I am not calling to get a loan they can't help me... or give me the name/contact info for the Mortgage company sending me the spam. HMMMM?? Also, the name of the call center taking the calls is Call Center Services... they seem sketchy as well...
I think this company is made up, and also that they are just looking for personal info to scam you. I would never deal with a company who refuses to giver out even thier own name. I would like nothing more then to put them out of business!

Mortgage Services in  not a hoax . They are real people working a real job!!! the company helped me and my husband refinance and we were having difficult times. It's a shame about all  the negative  responses on here ! If your in the market for a new mortgage or refi you should give them a call they work just like lending tree and yet no one complains about them !

Called the 1-800-216-4623 number.  Spoke to Ojeno Santos. Asked to be removed from their list and to cease spamming my fax machine.
He gave me his address of 124 Hanson Avenue, Marlboro, NJ 07746.  Looking it up online, appears to be a fake address.
Reminded Ojeno that Washington State has anti spam laws and he laughed and said to go ahead and waste my time and money trying to sue them. Asked me if I wanted to have him shove his fax anywhere and I said no, I am being polite and asking his firm to stop spamming me Forwarded to Rob Mc Kenna c/o Washington State ATTY Generals Office.

Frequent calls from fax to my cell phone. Got company name and number from search and called.  Company hung up on me.  I tried again & representative was extremely rude when I tried to explain this was not a fax number and asked the calling to stop.

WRONG! This fax came to my office fax machine at the state owned college where I work. This is going to the state's Attorney General's office for them to deal with.

I've submitted this fax to my company's legal department which is going to file a legal motion against this company.

First of all - they are illegal fax spammers and should be fined and imprisoned for that. Secondly, there is no doubt they are also identity thieves, they want your personal information and the next thing you know you're identity is hijacked along with your bank account money. Got junk fax from Chad Baldwin with a call number of 1-800-216-4623 and a removal number of 1-888-225-8997.  When you call to get their fax number, they just hang up on you.  You should call them but first dial *67 before you dial their number because they have caller id and will just hang up on you again.  Maybe we can run their 800 charges up.  They will NOT remove you from the fax listing.  As a matter of fact... when you call the removal number.... you get even MORE faxes.
