Received a call from 1-800-218-0028 when I answered the phone no one was at the other end.

Not only is my number on Federal do not call list; indeed it is also not published!! Any more calls and I will contact the necessary Federal authorities!!

The next weirdest part is I went back to caller ID to show my husband and the call is gone. All the others from before and after were still there except this one.

I got a call from this number at a very signifiant time of day. No one was on the other line and I stayed on the phone for almost a minute. I looked up the number on caller ID and called it back. The first time I called it was a generic message saying "please call back and try this number again" The second time I called it was busy and the third time I called back it was busy. I know this may sound strange but I think it was someone very dear to me that had just passed 2 days ago trying to reach me. It is these times that we can't explain that we should seek out answers instead of ignoring them.

Yes, I too have gotten calls from this number, no msg left & when googled/yahoo'd have come up with this website so this time I will add my 2 cents..I do not answer nor call back

I get a call once a day from 800-218-0028. Been going on for 2 months. Never leaves a message. costs me money on my cell phone. Please stop. I have already notified the FBI. Thank You.

on the line if I pick up.  Nobody answers if I call them.

It's life ionizers. Call 1-888-688-8889 and ask for their telemarketing dept. Insist they remove you from their list.

Heard it is is Life Ionizers -- posted on another site. I asked for info from them a long time ago, so it makes sense. I've asked them to remove me from their list and still get the calls. Just called again and told them they are now bordering on harassment!

Same thing. Get lots of calls from this number, no message ever. If you call it back, it goes straight to a generic voicemail. If anyone knows who this is --- please post! Very annoying.

First left message to donate an item I had listed on craigslist.
now just calls and hangs up when I answer.

I have no idea who this is. They keep calling my office phone and leave no message. I called the number and a recorded female voice simply said, "Please leave a message at the tone." <beep!>
