What did they want from me?

The same lady has been harassing me for weeks insisting that I know someone who has the last name that I do.  My last name is as common as Smith and Brown and she has been rude, evasive and very sneaky.  I asked to talk to her boss and she refused.  I wish I could find out more information and get this horrible woman fired.

This same person called was very rude, evasive and accusatory and would not give any information about what she needed the info for. She kept insisting we knew things we really didn't, and made my daughter cry when she couldn't give her any information.

Same individual called my father-in-law at his home today asking for me/my contact info in order to "get a reference" for my ex-husband.  Yikes.

Her name is Sarah Johnson and she works for Viking Debt service, whom BofA sold the acc't to. She called my pregnent wife and made her cry today. It must be great to go home after a day like that.

Bank of America agent called and asked for my wife, refused to give any information besides her first name: Sarah, wanted other contact numbers for my wife and was rude and evasive, would not transfer me to a superior or tell me who she was with.   She left this number for my wife.   I called it back from another number and she refused to give me any info.
