I received a call from them very early in the morning. I did end up doing business with them, but when I called later to discuss my order I had to deal with the rudest customer service rep I have ever dealt with in my life. I have received nothing in the mail from this company like was promised. I called multiple times, the majority of the time I dealt with Trish, who was very offensive. I did get another person one time, Kathy, and she was very pleasant, but the majority of my concerns were told to Trish who was rude and awful to me. If I ever call again and she answers I will ask to be given a different person.

This is a magazine company that calls you and says you won something. Then gets you to order magazines and then never delivers them. Took out 74.75 from my credit card. Now i'm trying to call them everyday to get my money returned to my credit card and they say it would be returned and i have been waiting over a month for the return. And i know darn well it don't take a month to reverse a payment. If they call you and say they are from AMS magazines hang up.

I had the same thing happen to me, now i'm trying to get retrieve the money back and still a month later it has still not gotten into my account. Now all i do i call them everyday to get an answer machine. Being a single mother i can't afford this. Any suggestions from anyone.

the best thing  you could do is close your acct and reopen a new acct that would stop all transactions. or you bank should be able to place a stop payment on it however, that would only stop for one certain amt not for any amt so if they change the amt then it could still go through

I didnt recieve any calls. I called my bank when I seen an unknown purchase I didnt make that just said "magazine". I called the number the bank gave me, and the lady told me this amount would be taken out of my account for 20 months!!! I dont know who else to call I cant afford it and for that matter dont know what im buying.

i keep getting a letter from a.m.s. with this number saying i owe money that i dont.

I have not receieved calls from this number, but did have an unexplained debit from them, under the name of "Magazine".  I tried calling them, but no answer.  I recommend not dealing with these people, calling your bank, and reporting this number to the authorities.

Call up the your banking center and report the problem if and/if they continue to give you a problem call up their state consumer buracacy.

this company is a scam they keep taking money out of my checking account for something I did not authorize them to do. What can be done about this scam??? Need advise..........
