I got linked to these b*****ds from filling out an online form.  They hacked my cell number and have been a constant pain in the a** since.

Just went to my local Kohl's (that is what I was applying for on Snag A Job). Turns out, they do use Snag A Job for applications, but had no idea the site was selling your info to these "educational" jerks, and they do not condone the practice. I spoke with a supervisor at Kohl's who has helped me in the past and she said she would talk to their manager since Kohl's stores do their own hiring. It may not change anything, just thought others might like to know. Talk to your local stores where you applied through Snag A Job to let them know how SAJ is using them.

I registered on a jobsite called Snag A Job and got tangled up with this number. I am also called from a local number, 770-240-0023 (I live in GA), but when I tried to call that number back, it said the number was not in service.  Ditto what "Why Would I Give My Name" said, except substitute Snag A Job for Jobs.com.
They ask for me by name, so I might tell them I died.

Said hello twice and they hung up in my face

I just asked what part of NO do they not understand, and IF they couldn't READ THAT I PUT NO THANK YOU down for continuing my education, then how did they get a job where they HAVE to tout education.  I then hung up on them.  They called right back and asked me how dare I hang up on them....so, I hung up on them again!  LOL  I've since blocked their number.

I am too getting these calls.  I answer, no response.  I even threatened to report them.  I called back...its a "college" something...and they will get back to me cause they have my number.  Well they always had my number. Now I don't want them to have my number.

If you put your information into Snag a job they have given your number to this college connect to try to get you to sign up for college loans through them. Call Snag a job and complain.

Started calling me several times a day.  Usually hangs up if I answer.  Never leaves voicemail.  One time a guy spoke and said they were calling about information I had requested.  When I said I didn't know what he was talking about and asked who/where was he calling from, he hung up on me.  I have called the number - get a recording saying "Thank you for calling College Connect.  We have your number and will call you back as soon as possible."  I have called the number hundreds of times - wishing I could tie up their line!  After reading the comments, I think they must have gotten my number when I started to register on a site that I thought was Kelly Services.  As soon as I realized it was not Kelly, I backed up and deleted the info, but I guess it was too late.  Why are they calling if they don't seem to really want anything other than to harass?

My daughter registered on Jobs.com and used my number as hers was not in service at the time.  They call from this # as well as 407.545.7294 multiple times a day.  When I informed them that my daughter was not interested in their services a man with an East Indian accent said, "F**k you s**t".  Niiiice!  They called again today and I told them my daughter was no longer at this number and they hung up.  Ridiculous.  DO NOT REGISTER ON JOBS.COM OR JOB.COM.  If you have registered you have to CALL them to deactivate your profile as they do not provide a way to do it otherwise.  Skam artists.

The first time I answered, a man asked for "Diana," and I told him he had the wrong number. After that, I've received MULTIPLE calls and there seems to be no one on the line when I pick up. It's extremely annoying. I started getting calls from this number and a few others when I registered on Job.com. DO NOT REGISTER ON JOB.COM. THEY WILL SELL YOUR NUMBER TO OUTSIDE ORGANIZATIONS THAT HARASS YOU CONSTANTLY.

Any company that hangs up after no more than 5 rings is one that is not really trying too hard to reach whomever they called.

3-4 times a day.  They keep looking for some lady named Sarah, or that is what they say anyway.  Won't listen that this is my phone number for the last 10 years.  Hangs up when you try to tell them they are calling the wrong number.  Irritating.  This time I called them back and only get a "We have your number, thank you for calling College Connect".   Can someone please do something about this crap.

I get a call from this number all day long today it has call me 8 times. I live in Texas the Dallas area. The mailbox is full on this number, I have been applying for jobs. Now I'm just annoyed because I have a prepaid phone and everytime it rings it uses my minutes

Its from "College Connect." They're annoying and call multiple times a day. You may have selected you were interested in furthering your education on any one of the job boards you have been using.

I had been applying for some jobs last night and I searched for some temp companies here in Pittsburgh, I selected a link that looked like it might have been one of the companies, but it asked for some info... and it started to try to get me to look into education information. That had to be it... so today they have called 3 times so far and never leave a voicemail. I won't be picking that call up!

800-219-3380 keeps calling and hanging up.  I know it came from one of those work-at-home website I applied.  I can't remember which one.
