These guys have called and hung up on me multiple times, they told me to "shut up and listen" when I was just questioning the cost of the bits vs others I had seen. They lie about wanting your address to "send a catalog"-but I don't even think they have a catalog.
Worst of the worst. I am always polite to telemarketers-I know it is a tough job-but next time these b-holes call the call will be recorded-I will tell them to remove me from their list, and gladly prosecute the next time they call.

You guys obviously don't know anything about companies it is a great company it has been there for years they sell tools and supplies I worked there before I am now in the army but it was a great experience I worked there for two years. Anybody's and it's a scam obviously haven't been to the address shown on Magnolia is a professional place where people make a Honest living.

I've been selling tools since '99. After reading this page, it's typicle how bias these blogs are. Unfornately the avg. consumer doesn't leave positive feed back after reciveing a satisfactory product/ experience. No matter the industry. IEIS ships more orders in one day then all the comments on this page combined. After reading through them I can see that at least 90% of the complaints are first time buyers which make up less than 5% of gross sells. It's allot of impulse orders with buyers remorse. Nothing more nothing less. I'm not seeing people with warranty issues for example. It's the typical oops I shouldn't have ordered that so instead of accepting responsibility, I'm gonna bash them on some blog... It's a simple process we call you up with an offer if you agree the secretary calls to confirm the orders legitimacy, It shows up on an open invoice no freight or added extras, then you can take care of it how you like at the end of the invoice. I don't see how we can make it any more fair. I guess some people just want to see the world burn... Untill it dose I'm gonna work hard and earn every penny. God bless America!
