my twisted sister gave me a cruise for two for my bday tried to look it up to set a date for the cruise. But low and behold my login and password do not work!  Anyone know how i can get my sisters money back?  Any help would be greatly apprreciated!!!! thanks to any one that can help/

we took a cruise and got ripped off. I paid 350 upgrade for and sweet on the ship. They said they forgot to schedule it. And that we would get our money back. Still waiting for that. And the hidden costs were astronomical. This trip was not cheap make no mistake if it sounds good to be true it is too good to be true. I can't believe how much money we spent on surcharges tax shackles valet parking rental car port fees Florida State tax on and on and on. A $1400 cruise cost me $4000

we took the cruise and were ripped off from beginning to end we booked a suite on the ship and did not receive it. We booked a ocean view at the hotel and did not receive it. We booking ocean view at the hotel and did get it. 1 out of 3. And that's a total of $800 worth of upgrades and we did not receive. I called the number listed on the back of my Nordstrom bank card and it forwarded me the cruise ship line stating I could take advantage of this cruise for 59.00 for my self and my husband.  mind you I work for a bank but thought because the number was attached to the pamphlet the bank gave me then I was safe.  unfortunately once I gave my information I felt uneasy. florida is number 1 for identity theft. so I went to the celebration cruise line website. the customer service number was different and hours of operation was not close to what we seen online. disputing the transaction as soon as it hits my bank account.

what was the ending result after talking to your credit card provider?

Well i have payed the $118.00 and my Rep did say multiple times that the website wont be available for 48-72 hours. The verification process was very legit and my credit card company stated that they were a real company. We are very excited but holding are breaths for 3 more days when we actually get a confirmation number. I will re submit a comment to this one to let others know how well it goes. I have also read many other comments some scarier than others.. Only time will tell from here WISH ME LUCK

got some new cameras, alarm system, and weapons for the house. I don't live in a trailer by the way - or in Florida. You don't know who is who is who? Your little scheme doesn't work all the time. This sick little operation you are doing to citizens of this country is about to blow up in your faces.

Hello all yes I also got scammed. Over the weekend and they ended up over charging my credit card by $500......
I emailed the mayor of Ft LauderdAle to investigate them.
And so please pass info on to the majors office
I got an email back saying they would look into possible wrongdoing

I emailed Mayor Seiler to look into their unethical bordering on FRAUD practices.....

BEcause I AM ON A SPECIAL FRAUD ALERT MY BANK SUGGESTED LEGAL ACTION IF NOT FRAUD ACTION AGAINST THEM immediately......

What LACK of integrity
I hung up purchasing small trip only to have my bank call to tell me they had charged an additional $450 on my card with my didactic NO!
Now the headache of making their executive credit the whole amount.
If they won't be interrupted to give you every identify piece of info aside from their sales pitch

I just 'won' this cruise too. It started as a survey and I had time to just see where it went. I answered 4 very badly done survey questions and was given the option to press '1' for the cruise representative to call you back. I hung up and never expected to hear from them. Five minutes later they called.  Buddy was 'selling' while I googled the names and numbers and the ship. I asked why sell me if I won the cruise. He also plugged the amazing restaurants on the ship by naming 2 lower end ones. (I have been on real cruises and they plug the best not the cafeteria!) Finally, it was $59 pp for port fees and he needed my credit card NOW to secure the reservation for anytime in the next 18 months.  This was a promotion since it was Florida's newest cruise line and they were selling off spare cabins to the Bahamas.

I will bet the cruise line named does not even know of this scam as the 1-800 number on their web site does not match. As such, I am not naming the ship or line.

They took me for a 1000. How do I get my money back since they are so legit. The company name is VCS Bahamas Cruise Tours. Why do you all call yourselves Caribbean Cruise Lines instead of using your correct name?

Can you please tell me how to cancel the reservation and get my money back?

Yes I got jipped by this supposedly legitimate company.  Somehow my phone was compromised.  They said I had won a free cruise to the bahamas then preceded to tell me that I had to pay port fees then practically forced an expensive package on me they had my cc number already so I was stuck.  After the whole ordeal I checked out the link they gave me and it said my un/pw was invalid and then I googled it and found out it was in fact a scam because my phone was comprised every time I called my bank my call was rerouted to them.  They shouldn't be able to get away with this!

You are supposed to wait 72 hours for your website. Our telesales rep Derreck made that clear.
These guys make the bulk of their money on the Time-Share sales. The state of Florida gives you 30 days to change your mind. The number you call to cancel your purchase connects you to the finance department & not the Sales Department where they throw you around!
Go and have a good time! Hold out for 2 for 1 airfare! Thats the deal-sweetener. Never take cash to the tour, dont eat breakfast before you go to the tour. They will have free hot food there. Be friendly to the salespeople. Make a downpayment with a $500 or $1000 max credit card. HAVE A GREAT FREAKING TIME!!! :^)
When you get home, you have 30 days to change your mind, cancel the credit card & change your financial information!

My wife, son & i have been to Disney World 3 times in 15 years via time share tour deals. At first i balked and fought the whole way, but then i realized i had 30 days to cancel the time share per Florida Laws!!!!
The cruise deal is a better deal than planning a cruise yourself. Yes there are going to be smaller extra expenses along the way. Unless you live on welfare & live in Section 8 housing welcome to life anyway.
Upon the initial offer we ALWAYS hold out for 2 for 1 airfare. They are authorized to sweeten the deal with that offer IF you stall them and put your phone on mute for a couple of minutes! Thats a big chunk of change for a few minutes of silence.
Rule 2: NEVER take cash to the time share tour. Plan to put $500 down on your time share with a CC with a 500 max limit. Be happy! Jump for joy that u just bought a time share!!!! You have 30 days to change your mind!!!!!!!! In the meantime let the nice people pamper you! Be nice back to them!!!!
If you pay a down payment with CASH and you cancel your purchase, you wont see your money for 90 Days!!! So use a Credit Card that you dont need in the first place.
If the card you used to buy the cruise deal was your Debit Card? Change your account number or ask for a new card cancelling your old one, genius! Thats a smart thing to do every year anyway!
