This was Time Warner Cable calling me to ask how my scheduled home service call went.  They offered me an opportunity to take a survey.  It's not a scam, it's legitimate.  I did not answer, but they left this info on my answering machine.  Considering the tech just left my house about an hour ago, I'm confirming it was a normal routine call they provide regarding services rendered.

The number is 'Time Warner' survey.  I had my system updated today and was expecting
a call from them.  It was a short survey about the service I received today.

The call from 800-222-5355 came on my cell phone that I only use for texting due to a hearing loss. But was not a text call just showed the # and missed call. I have Time Warner for internet and not enough power for me to use my captioned house phone and they won't do anything since the homephone is not their equipment.

Checking the number out of curiosity but was surprise to see here people answer 1800 # then complain.

Your callers do not maintain this site or this web page. Your callers cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. You cannot expect compliance with your orders until, if possible, you deliver them *directly* to your caller.

please stop calling.  We do not have any of time warner cable's services.  5 calls in less than 5 minutes with no one on the line is harassment.

They have been calling me from this number for the past FOUR months asking for some girl named Andrea. I've talked to customer service, I've told them a million times they have the wrong number, they keep telling me that they are sorry and will erase my number from the list but they still keep calling. I am so tired of it, they call weekdays and weekends, morning and afternoon. It is SO annoying!

It was Time-Warner, offering to allow me to leave "valuable feedback."   I didn't answer the call, but they did leave a message.

It is a Time Warner Customer Service Survey.  Just spoke with Customer Service about charges on my bill.  The 800 number is a follow up on how well the customer service performed.

It's no " survey " they've got their telemarketers sifting for suckers that will fall for subscribing to their terrible service. By personal choice I don't have Time Warner any longer and I will never tolerate those crooks ever again.

I didn't cuss the caller out for being pushed up to make the call. But I told him to never call my number again and wished him good luck on finding a far better service carrier to try to pitch.

received a call from this number shortly after calling time warner to remove me from their telemarketing list. LOL

It's Time Warner, they do surveys regarding your experience with their employees.

Just got a call from that number right after talking to Time-Warner about replacing their dvr with a TiVo unit.

25 second blank message - heard nothing.

Had been on the phone with Time Warner prior to receiving the call 30 minutes later. They said an automated service would be calling - figure it was them.

Hung up, no message. Other web sites say its a Time Warner survey, others say its a scam.

No message left...

Received a call from Time-Warner Cable in regards to "my recent upgrade," wanting me to take a "brief survey."  This may be a scam.  Time-Warner is not available in the rural area where I reside.  I called the number back and did not get the computer generated survey.  When I finally reached a human, the lady said I could disregare the call.  Within twenty minutes, the same idiotic computer called again and tried to leave a message on voice mail.
