I received a chg of $11.88 on my visa - no idea what it is - 1/6/14

i recieved a collect call from lexington ky was on ther 35 seconds i got a bill for $5.00 then 2 hours later i check my bank account and seen they have add another  38.14 a total of   $43.14 for a 35 second call that not fare they have hidden charges like that -theres nothing anyone can do about these royyon pice of garbage its a scam

Charged me  13.06, I have no idea what is.

I used this service from a hotel room in Alabama and when I got home I discovered that they had hit my account for over 300 dollars!! They claimed calls that were dated after I had checked out of the hotel! When I called the 800 number they disputed that I should have read the rates that were quoted! No way could they justify charging $330.33 for 8 calls and most were dated AFTER I had checked out of the room! It was a debit card which does not carry the same protection that a credit card does and my only solution was to freeze my account and activate new cards which I cannot due as I have bills that have to be paid now! I am so angry I could scream and I intend to seek legal help as I cannot let them get away with this! Please warn others not to use this system for ANY reason! They have a list of complaints against them from others!

My VISA card was billed twice for charges of 23.46 and 22.17. These were apparently bogus charges. I notified VISA who deducted the charges.
