I have ordered this product. What a mistake.they took $86.93 out of my account and I hsd canceled. So it cost me 2 over draft fees of $70.00 dollars.The product was sent back after they promised me full refund. Well they got the product and now they refuse to give me my refund. Because it wasn't sent back yo them with in 14 days, which they never said anything about before. Hummmm imagine that.. I am so mad about this. So now they have the product plus my money. I really ewant something done about this.

I Got Screwed!!! I have filed with the attorney generals office and BBB and several complaint websites. So far out of $427.22 I have gotten 79.62 back, and have returned all of their unauthorized mailing. So far I have made phone calls to 9 different numbers and 7 different names. They all tell you the same thing you had to call before the, in my case 14 day trial period. Well it sounds like some of you got the same thing not one product but several. I am not letting this go. If there is a place to make a complaint that I haven't done so far please let me know.

Hi! I just recently order the free trial and somehow I got shipped for the other cleanser for 87.00. I shipped it back the next day and I still haven't gotten my money back! I'm ready to sue!

Yes I did get millions of calls---okay---a lot.  Caller ID did not identify the caller so I didn't pick it up, but after days of getting 10-15 calls per day, I finally answered so I could tell whomever it was to stop calling and found out it was one of the three companies below.  He said that he wanted me to sign up for "auto-shipments".  I emphatically told him NO.  I also told him that I would not have ordered the Trial Sample if I was obligated to future shipments.  Again I told him "NO!".  My credit card has been charged anyway!!!!

Here is some additional information:

Oxi-Berry is selling under other names:  Colon Cleanse 300, Life Cleanse and ColoDetox xr.  All were recommended by an ad on Comcast Home Page from MSNBC, CNN, etc.  All reputable firms.  I wonder if they even knew about this.  What a scam.  To get the Trial Sample you had to agree to Terms.  I read everyone carefully before ordering.  None said that they were going to send a monthly supply if I didn't cancel within 10-15 days.  If it had, I would not have ordered any of it.  ALSO, WHEN ORDERING, THE WEBSITE WILL SAY THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD WOULD NOT GO THROUGH, TRY ANOTHER ONE.  IT TOOK THREE ATTEMPTS TO ORDER THE TRIAL SAMPLE WITH ONE OF THEM.  NET RESULT, THEY HAD ALL THREE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND CHARGED THE ADDITIONAL SHIPMENTS TO A DIFFERENT CARD THAN THE ONE THE SAMPLE WAS CHARGED TOO!!!!  Now my bank is wanting me to try and resolve the "disputes", but you can't get anyone to answer the phone.
BEWARE---I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER "TRAIL SAMPLES" AGAIN.

LATER AFTER RECEIVEING THESE ACAI PRODUCTS I WAS CHARGED $261.36. I AGREE WE SHOULD ALL COME TOGETHER AS ONE AND CRACK THIS SCAM! ITS ABOUT TIME TO SCAM THEM BACK!

I saw this Detox stuff on MSNbc and they were promoting it on the wbb site so. I though well I'll give it a try and I got took for  86.12 less then a week after ordering it... Called my credit card company and stopped my card and now have to file a scam with them for the charge to be reversed.

It's amazing how many people got scam by this companies. I'm just sorry i didn't know about this site till it was too late for me too. They charged me again I order acai berry, and detox s***. cancel it end of costing me money for sheppment and shipping back now they charged me but under diffrent name now it's called naturcleanse. don't know who they are far I'm concern they stole my money.

Unfortunately, we're in the same boat.  Got charged without authorization for $87.13.  They refused to refund unless the product was returned.  Had to cancel an account I never set up.  Got a Merchandise Return Authorization #, which apparently you need to have to even return the product...we'll see if a refund is posted after they receive our certified letter with the product.

I ordered an Acai Berry for .99 cents.  Guess what! I never receive this order. And then 15 days later, the company charged us again $82.31 for another product (Detoxidant) that I never ordered. This is a completely scamm. I hope someone will suit this company because they are stealing money from people.

They got me too. I ordered the free trtial plus shipping. Never received the free product, but they did debit my account for $87.13...TWO TIMES!! 1 time for Detoxidant(???) and another $87.13 on the same day for Oxi-Berry. Along with that came 2 Foreign Transaction Fees of $2.61 each.

I just got my first charge for something called Detox500Trial.info for $39.95.  I tried the website and sent an e-mail to their address but it looped back to me as undeliverable.  How do you cancel your membership.  The number on my bill if 8002482340 and another number on the website of 8003818920.  I originally ordered the "free" ($4.95 S&H) colon cleanse and "RezV Clear."  Sounds like I need to put a stop to this FAST before they charge me anymore.  Glad I found others out there right away that seem to know what is going on with this.

Summer, unfortunately I think we are screwed.  I have contacted several entities to find out that their practice is legal however fraudulent their intent.  It is the "14 day cancellation" clause that does it.  Make sure you have indeed canceled your membership and demand an email, stating that fact, has been sent to you.  The email will then have a time stamp, and confirmation of cancellation. Be sure to confirm that no other orders have been shipped and/or billed to you.  The confusing part is any other product you may have ordered inadvertently.  I did this also...DUMB...they, however, are offering a refund if I ship the unused bottle back to them.  I have not even opened the bottle up so I am at least thankful for that, we shall see.   Fill out a dispute with your credit card company which may or may not fly depending.  I have had several "lovely" conversations with these idiots and get the same story.  They work for a company they claim to not know about, the name on the credit card statement, they claim is unfamiliar to them...haha...yeah, right.  What I have found out so far is that while the warehouse may physically in the US, I suspect that this is most likely foreign based.  The credit company they go through is in the Caribbean to top it off which has reaching consequences that I am unfamiliar with but looking into.  In all honesty, I will be super pissed if I cannot recoop any funds but this, I suppose is a valuable but expensive lesson to us all...the world is filled with people that set out to deceive and we are trusting fools that need to force ourselves to read more closely when ordering anything or dealing with any company foreign or otherwise.  I plan on continuing my crusade against this practice if for no other reason because it is the right thing to do regardless of whether I recoop my $90.  I would like to see these people suffer in some way if only to be shut down from doing business in the US.  I don't have a clue if anything can be done, I am hot as hot can get.  

In the meantime, focus on your end to stop the insanity you have to deal with by canceling you order and getting a confirmation as such.  Speak directly with your credit card company and make them extremely familiar with your situation.  They handle this kind of thing all the time and see it all too often.

I find it hard to believe that the credit card companies will do that.  I just contacted my company and canceled my card AND filed a dispute for the four charges these morons have charged me over the last two weeks to the tune of about $380.  I am sorry that we have all been conned.  If you try to call them you get cut off.  If you try to go to the website and cancel the order it loops back to the log-in page and you get NOWHERE.  These are the kind of people that need to be put in a 2 ft by 2 ft cell and left there to rot.  There is nothing worse than this kind of fraud.

Also BEWARE of Natra Pure.  I ordered that free trial and was signed up for tons of junk that I was unaware of.  Here are the numbers: Natra Pure 877-350-8480, Fit Factory (or whatever crap they signed me up for) 866-407-1022.  Threaten them with the better business bureau.....that is all that worked for me.
