This outfit sounds like a boiler room operation. They say they are microsoft. but their number 822-231-8572 is registered to some "downetwork" BE SUSPICIOUS of anyone calling out of the blue to givew you free support!

I got a call claiming they were a microsoft support compnay and that I had a virus they detected from an error message sent by my comouter. Indian accent on the otehr end of the line claiming his name was Jack Thompson. Yeh right. I hung up

i recieved the same call. it is a scam. DO NOT TRUST THEY INSTALL VIRUSES ON YOUR COMPUER INTERNALLY. word of advice... dont outsource to india.

Received call from this number who said they were from Microsoft and wanted me to get on the computer to check for viruses. I told them I wanted to cheeck to see if the phone number was valid.
