Barb, I had the same thing happen to me. It upset my stomach so bad I never used it again, called and cancelled RIGT AWAY and today when I was looking at my check card account online (which I do more often now) I found they charged me 3 more times plus $2.06 and $2.01 for some other handling charges each time. I always told UPS take it back. They have in small print you can't do that. I usually store my cancelation numbers on my computer but I think I wrote this on a piece of paper and was going to add in to my computer but can't find either. So I am stuck. WHAT A SCAM Resveratrol Ultra IS. and they use Dr OZ, 20/20, Oprah, As Seen On CNN, ABC, & 60 Minutes, As seen on Barbara Walters. CAN YOU IMAGINE IF THESE PEOPLE KNEW THEIR NAMES WERE BEING USED?

I have been charged 6 times in one day from this company Resvertrol who says they were out of Florida. My bank charged me a 2% international tax and said they are NOT in Florida. I never got the product. I have said stop charging me yet I was just charged again 3 months later. I never got all the money back from the company and was told to fax my bank statement to Ray Johnston. I was charged 8 times altogether and one day woke up hundreds under 0 because this is the account I use for online purchases. For each time I was charged (8) by the company my bank charged me $32 and for each time I was charged a international tax (8) another $32. That is 16 X 32. Try getting through to the company too. The only time I can is in the middle of the night.

I ordered Revo an thought that I would try it with money back guarante. I found out you have to send the bottle back in time along with stopping the service. I should paid more attention to these scammers. While I was making the the order a guy says he is also going to send me this wrinkle stuff. He made no mention of cost he made it sound as though it was going to be a gift. I get the bill and they charged me $87.13 for this crap. I am disputing it with my card company. They should and probly have been turned in the BBB but I can't find them. I hate scammers they criminals

I was thinking the same thing, Sylvia. I don't even remember ordering their product and have never received anything; yet I was accessed a charge of $87.13 by Antiage Resv, .99 by Topbody Cleanse, $87.13 by Sky Cleaning-Berry, and $175.26 by The Colon Cleanse Max...all in a five week period! They all appear to be the same company and when I called the number to get answers and "cancel my account", I get an automated message that "my" only order of record is for .99 at which time my account was cancelled. Then why did they keep debiting my account!!! And they don't even have the courage to talk to their victims...thank god for automation!!! And one call was actually interrupted to tell me the number had been disconnected!!!! I didn't realize that scams like this were legal in America!!!! "Class Action"?....a big YES!!!!!

I too have been scammed. I ordered 1 bottle to try it out and ended up with SKY Berry Cleanse which I did not order plus 2 additional bottles of Resveratrol @ $83.13 each. Not to mention the shipping charges.I called to cancel my order and was told the same thing; I signed up for a lifetime supply of Resveratrol. I'm cancelling my credit card and reporting this ring of thieves to the Better Business Bureau in Hollywood, Florida. These capsules are probably filled with sawdust anyways!

BBB also gave me the run around.  PC timed out twice filling out forms.  Called and spent 20 min. waiting to get through.  Never did.  Do not buy this garbage.  I am not going to take it.  If they have this much trouble selling it, it can't be good.

I was ordering a free sample for $2.95.  I cancelled the following day.  However, I got no product and an $87.13
charge made to my checking account.  I called again, spending several hours trying to get a person to cancel the product.  I got three more charges of $83.18, 2.00 and 1.95.  I called my Credit Union and cancelled the debit card.  They were very helpful. I will probably never get a refund by I plan to bug the hell out of Resveratrol Ultra.

If you have given these people your credit card number, call and have your card canceled IMMEDIATELY.  They have been making fraudulent charges on my card since I authorized the $.99 "free" trial of Resveratrol.  VISA called today and said they are somewhere out of the country and the charges have been escalating.  Thank goodness VISA was on the ball and knew something wasn't right.  These people are thugs.

by the way - the celebrity endorsements are usually bogus.

The ACAI BERRY SCAM has Oprah Winfrey and Rachel Ray endorsements.
I checked both stars websites and both have posted that they DO NOT ENDORSE THE PRODUCT!

a little common sense goes a long way

1st You should have checked the internet and see what has happened to others already

2nd YOU MUST READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS - BEFORE STARTING TO PLACE YOUR ORDER.   This is where it was ALL DISCLOSED.
Sometimes you have to click on I Agree to the terms and Conditions and others have it that by processing the order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. BUT YOU HAVE TO READ THEM!

because the T&C stated this would happen and you processed your order - you in fact did authorize the charges.

You can usually find the terms and conditions at the bottom of the screen -so you can read them before you start to process the order.

For instance here on 800notes - scroll to the bottom and you will see these:

Holy Moly it just gets worse.

Check this out:

I haven't tried calling the telephone numbers yet but lots of these people are saying it's useless.  You either never get a person or you get a person who says your subscription is cancelled but then they keep billing you.

What next?

I'm also contacting all the sites and businesses who call this product "the best thing since sliced bread" on their website to point out these shady marketing techniques.  Suggest you all do the same:

CNN, FOX, WebMD, ABC, FORTUNE, NBC, New York Times.  I fell for their comments, but I imagine that none of them would want to be associated with such marketing techniques.

Their glowing testimonials are on the main page:

OK, the online cancellation option they cite

https://www.myordersupport.com/secure/members/Default.aspx

doesn't work.

The email they give for cancelleation

billing@Resveratrolultra.com

is a no-good address.

Haven't tried the telephone # yet.  Too pissed right now.

OK, more info on the resveratrol scam.  If you check the tiny print in the "Terms and Conditions"

http://www.resveratrolultra.com/offer/resveratrolultralp3/terms.html

it DOES say that the trial is free...for 15 days.  If you do NOT RETURN the unused portion within those 15 days, NOT ONLY is your card is billed for the FULL cost of the month's supply that you got ($88 or so), you are ALSO enrolled in a monthly subscription and they will send you more resveratrol and bill your card $88 EVERY MONTH.  (Sec. 2, A-G) They claim you can cancel and get a refund.  I just started that process.  We'll see.  In the meantime, I'm also reporting that credit card lost and cancelling it.

If the product is as wonderful as they suggest, why not just sell it openly, bottle by bottle, and offer the subscription option to those who want that?  Why resort to slimy, sleazy marketing techniques?

Bottom line, if it sounds too good to be true, it is.

Good luck all, and remember what they say on the recording when you call these jerks:  "when used in combination with healthy diet and exercise, you can lose weight!!!!" .... got news for us all .... ummm .... the healthy diet and exercise work even WITHOUT this product.  Sigh.  Back to the celery and nordic track machine ...

Same for me.  I fell for the free trial offer online and just found $88 charge on my credit card, the charge description listed this number so I googled the number and got this site.  I'll be complaining too.  Guess they have a different definition of "free 30 day trial" than I do.
