I was charged two times by this company on my debit card. They told me they would, and then that they did, credit me back for one of the charges.  The credit has NEVER shown up on my bank account.  I have called them several times and always get the same run around.  They are selling Acai berry - which I believe is not a good product.  I believe they are a fraudulent company.  There shipping address is:  Shipping Manager  3007 Greene St, Hollywood FL 33020-1037  They did not call me, I responded to something on the internet.  They say there were terms and conditions on the site, but there were not.  I am very carful about those things.  They tell me my account refund was processed and there is nothing they can do.  There is NO REFUND on my account!!!

I got charged a fee from this number,  I right away called my bank and they re issued me a new atm card and disputed the charges.

nature cleanse and this naturcleanse arent the same company i talked to the nature cleanse people and they said this other company isnt them and they billed me 87.13 for acai berry. when i call their nu,mber 8669490138 hollywood fl 33020 it says my order has been canceled. we will see if it gets taken off my account or not i am also writing my card and telling them to not take any more money out for them i hope it will help

Oh my gosh!  This is horrible.  I ordered for the trail period, was charged the $3.95 shipping, called the next day and cancelled my order.  Checked the website myorderssupport.com, it says no record order cancelled.  In the last 18 days, $300 has been withdrawn from my checking account because I used my debit card, plus the $124 in overdraft fees because of these automatic withdrawals.  I stopped at the bank, they had to cancel my debit card and basically told me I needed to try to get the money back from the company.  GOOD LUCK!  Any 800 number that you call no one ever answers, you are on hold forever at least 45 minutes.  Then of course the 623 number that calls your house 500 times a day.  If anyone knows how we can get our money back please let me know.  $300 is alot of money to be out........

I also ordered the product and then canceled the "subscription" but my account was cahrger $87. I then returned the unopened bottle to the company at 3007 Green St. Hollywood Florida on July 14, 2009. I have USPS confirmation they received it, yet the $87 has not been credited to my account. I have tried to contact them by phone, but cna never reach a real person. I filed a complaint eith the BBB. I suggest anyone else having this issue to do the same.

Don't waste your time with the BBB - they will not do anything to help at all.      

If you ordered a free trial for shipping and handling only - this is how the scam works.

You order the free trial for shipping and handling, When you do not cancel - they billed you for the first bottle, and set you up for autoshipments and and billing and keep sending product.   Its clearly spelled out in the terms and conditions and they rely heavily on the consumer not bothering to read them FIRST.  

If you had read them you would never have placed the order.    

Its called a negative option contract that you agreed to when you submitted your order.    


This applies to all the so called diet pills and GRANT SCAMS  

- The products do not work and have never been evaluated by the FDA.
- The celebrity endorsements are bogus - Acai Berry - both Oprah and Rachel Ray have disclaimers on their websites that they DO NOT ENDORSE IT
- They do not cancel you when told to and keep sending product and billing you.

no government is giving away grant money to just anyone and Grant info is already free from the GOVERNMENT
read the terms and conditions before you start filling out forms located at bottom of screen

I had the same charges to my account. The first thing i did was to cancel the card and order a new card so that I don't get charged again. I would recomend everyone that went through an experiance like this to do the same

I had the same problem was ordering something for 2.95, and got billed 87.13. I will get my money back according to customer service but I have to return unused product and it took 2 calls to my credit card co, and 2 calls to the "people" I bought this from. I got an RMA# from Joan (#A025) and I'm sending it back today.

I noticed on my bank statment, I was charged $1.95, $2.00, and $83.18 from XPRS phone # 1800 236 142, which is disconected, then another charge to topbody cleans #800 244 2575 for $87.13. this is al in the same mont on one statement, and I havent got this past months statement yet but, checked my account buy phone and it has transactions that are very similiar. I just cancled my ATM card and disputed it it with my bank. I did get in touch with Topbody at 800 244 2575 and they said they had no record of me. I never heard of these acai berries till this morning. there has been trans actions on previous month I have not caught as well, and the change name and number often.

I agree - just because you did not read the terms and conditions before you placed your order does not mean that the charges were unauthorized.

By the way - the FTC has sued them for this practice which is a negative option contract.  

-although in terms and conditions that this would happen, placing your order put you in a program for auto-shipment.

- the dietary claims are not substantiated by FDA and no testing done to prove it - THERE IS NO MIRACLE PILL  

- celebrity endorsements ARE BOGUS No Oprah and Rachel Ray do not endorse the product - they both have disclaimers on their own websites - but no one bothered to check them out first.  (I DID- even though I would never fall for this - I took a minute a looked)

- trial period starts the day you place your order - not when you receive it.

Apparently the trial period was for 15 days.  If you did not call to cancel or return the product with that 15 days you were charged the full amount of $39.95 and $87.13. You can call and cancel any future orders but these products are ours to keep and pay for. What a rip?  I'm sure that Oprah would be sorry that she recommended these products.  I am.  I hope that this helps to clarify your issues.  I just said "a lesson learned" and didn't pursue it any further.

I too got caught in this scam. I want to report them to the US BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.AT BBB.GOV ,but I have not been able to get their address. They also have deducted from my account, gave me a flordia address when the phone number was california.They refused to refund my money.I believe they are also tied to another scam from the internet which has the same MO. Its called fitness pharmacy. The phone number is 877-705 7424 LOU DORO claimed he had the right to daduct 89.31 from my account because the item was free but only if I called back within 12 days .--NO MENTION WAS MADE BY EITHER COMPANY THAT I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGEDa total of

What a nightmare, I called and waited for more than 45 minutes...all I got was some BS about waiting, etc. etc. etc.!  Any way to get them out of business, they are making a killing off people like us.

Will people ever learn -- you buy poison from scammers because you think some know-nothing celebrity endorsed the crap, then you find out you got ripped off because you didn't read the fine print. Or maybe there wasn't even any fine print and you got completely taken. As soon as you showed an interest in this junk, they made you out to be a mark and it looks like they were right.

Why won't scams every go away? Look in the mirror there's your answer.

I ordered a supposedly free trial and was told i would only have to pay $5.95 for S&H for the acai berry thing and now have the $87 charged to my account. I dont make that much money and because of that charge my bank account is very low and I wont have enough funds to cover what I spent today shopping with my sister and now will have to get overdraft fees. Tried calling the number they gave me (8669490138) and the number I got from this site (8002361042) and got the same answering service with no luck getting through to a person. I'm going to try again tomorrow. Their websites refund policy says returning everything dated within the 14 day shipping period, which it is for me. If they dont give me a full refund I'll call my bank and see if they can cancel the charges because I didnt authorize them. Hopefully something good will come from this and I DEFINITELY learned my lesson. Research EVERYTHING. Screw these scam artists.

I got taken also. I tried calling for more information on the ingrediance and no luck getting through. I ordered the extra 3 months supply at $169.95 plus 3.95 for shipping. I'm not sure I can take this stuff of if it's the real deal. My shipment came to me after the 15 days were up. If there is a class action count me in.

CORRECTION TO THE JUL 14 POST I just notice a charge on my credit card that I did not authorize with the number 800-236-1042 CY for 88.00. I had ordered a trail of Acai Berry from FWM Labs in Hollywood, Florida, for shipping $2.82 SKY BERRY CLEANSE 800-220-9825 CY  I took two pills for three days and I did not like the results and how it made me felt.I called the company and was told that I authorized the ordered. I told the operator that I did not authorize this charge. I asked where the company was located she said Hollywood Florida. I told her that is wasn't right for her company to run a scam like this. She then told me it wasn't a scam I should have read the fine print when I ordered the product I told there was not fine print and she promptly gave me a return number. I hope I get my money back I called my credit card company today for help.

I ordered AcaiBerry Detox LP online 7/2/09 - I am nearly positive that I had distinctly (un)checked a box to decline automatic shipment/membership enrollment.  I printed the copy of the order confirmation - scheduled to arrive 7/6/09 ph# 1-866-949-0138.  It appeared on my credit card statement $0.99 charge and the company was Nuturcleanse ph# 800-236-1042.  But I swear it originally had pended charges noting $.99 AcaiBerryDetox...

I had received a call a day after ordering from someone offering to send colon cleanse? or something, which I agreed (I was not really paying attention during the call).

I received two bottles of AcaiBerry Detox on 7/17 and 7/18 and there was no 'packing receipt' for either, so I got concerned.  I looked up the 1-800-236-1042 ph# and saw this info.  Went to 24/7support - does not support acaiberrydetox.com.  I called and was able to cancel through an automated system.  The other phone# 1-866-949-0138 connects to the same system.  Then I looked online thourgh myordersupport.com and was able to see my two shipments with their tracking numbers.  I cancelled here too - just to be sure!  I'm still concerned I may be charged for the bottles, but thankfully this credit card# has been suspended due to a security breach? per my credit card co.  

I opened and trashed both boxes - but only opened one bottle.  So if neccessary I could return the 2nd bottle.  I just took one today - no side effects noticed.  

Had tried Evoxin & Omega-3 earlier this month - gave me a headache and the lady said to try again!!! No thanks! I didn't cancel before being shipped out $180 worth!!! hopefully they will refund promptly and hopefully I will no be charged from these people.

All I have been able to do is send an e-mail to cancel and have heard nothing back. This is pretty recent and I do not know if there will be another shipment and charge. What a total rip. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR BUYING ANY PRODUCTS.  They are the biggest rip-offs I have ever seen.  I ordered the bottle of AcaiBerry Detox for $3.95 s&h, have not yet received it and that has been almost a month, 7 days after ordering the 1st bottle I had a $39.99charge taken off my credit card for another bottle of something I didnt order.  I called them and they said I needed to wait until the bottle came in and I would have to send it back then someone would call me to confirm my cancellation and then I would receive my refund. BULL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I havent even got the first one yet what makes them think Im going to receive the other bottle.  I'M NOT, DUH! I tried calling them again today, the girl argued with me over the phone.  I asked to speak to her supervisor(that was dumb) she put me on hold and never came back.  I wish we could figure out what to do and who to call to put a stop to all this MADNESS once and for all.

I actually received calls from 623-238-6401 after placing an order for the acai balance stuff.  I saw everyone's complaints, and when they called again, I refused to confirm any identification information over the phone.  They gave me the number 866-949-0138 to call if I wanted to continue and said that they were not going through with the order.  A few days later, my account was still charged $3.95 plus $.12 in "international fees".  The charge went through to "Naturcleanse."  Rather than call the number they gave me, I called the number listed next to Naturcleanse, 800-236-1042.  The lady on the other end was helpful, though she tried to get me to agree to accept a free one month sample of the stuff.  I politely refused and said I did not want the one month sample, any subscriptions, any free gifts, nothing.  She said that my account was still active and asked what I wanted her to do.  I said I wanted the account closed.  I repeated that I did not want the product or any subscriptions.  She then cancelled the account and gave me a cancellation number.  Now I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope nothing else gets charged.
