I got everything I was promised from this service. As an investor it helped to flip some pre foreclosed properties. Its a great for first time home buyers as well. No risk. All based on existing equity. I wouldn't waste my time if this didn't work. Thank you Orangefutre

skamkillarr 2009-02-08 20:40:09 Unknown
Also, flag the scam ads on craigslist and they will go away.
skamkilla 2009-02-08 20:36:49 Unknown
That is white text that doesn't show on the screen unless you highlight it. It's "hashbusting" used by scammers to trick spam filters.
R.Henderson 2009-02-08 20:05:06 Unknown

Do not pay, it's a SCAM. If they are legitimate and have good listings, why would they need to charge you upfront? Why not charge you when you pick the home you want? They say they won't charge you untill you find a home, but your account will be charged the same day. Then, when you try to call them back, they won't answer and you're out $199!! Believe me.

I like to check back and see if there's anyone actually moving into a house as OrangeFuture promised
Bad Experience 2008-04-18 22:43:51 Unknown
I signed up but days after that I can't access their website anymore, I call and a lady started to argued with me over the phone. Now I just want my $199 back.....I had awful experience so I called several times to cancel the membership and get my money back within 30 days as they promised. They denied it and said there's no such thing about canceling within 30 days and get money back. They started to argued with me everytime. OrangeFuture is a no no DO NOT go there, IT'S A TRAP
mac 2008-04-16 16:11:03 Unknown

Oh Please 2008-04-08 06:24:50 Unknown
I called this number and believe it is a scam. Please remember that when negative posts get put on sites that "representatives" of the company will come in a put positive comments to counteract the negative and try to make them look legitimate. Please dont fall for it, and if you do decide to use the service, please use a real estate attorney. They dont charge much to help with real estate verification, and it could save you thousands of dollars
Agonyc 2008-04-06 20:50:22 Unknown
Yeah, Lisa, are you in a home yet? I need to hear something good before I sign up.
Melisa 2008-04-03 23:11:08 Unknown
Well??? Has anyone actully moved into a home yet? It just seems too good to be true, but if it is I'd like to call them up too!
Karen 2008-03-30 18:29:31 Unknown
So you went through with their service and got everything they promised? Are you in a home now? I was thinking about trying them out too.
John 2008-03-29 16:16:51 Unknown
I really want to sign up with service! It sounds great. I will admit the advertisement seems to good to be true, but at the same time, this opportunity could be very profitable for me, my net worth, and my credit score. I just can't afford to spend 30,000 + for a down payment. Tired of dealing with all the grueling people and paperwork to get into a home. I'm going to sign up today! I'll post again afterwards to let everyone know what happens. Fingers Crossed
Lisa 2008-03-29 16:10:10 Unknown
I spent the 199.00 to activate the service with orangefuture.com and I got everything I was told I would. Excited to start taking over these properties. I know its a long process, it doesn't happen over night. For two hundred dollars I'm willing to risk it to be able to take ownership of a home with no initial qualifications. My Credit is good, but I still can't qualify for a loan with a bank so if this the route that will work. Thats pennies to have my own privacy and my own home. Besides the fact that if I do get into a home I'll be able to sell the property below the market value and still profit off the equity that is already existent in the home. I just want to get out the rental rat race. So tired of wasting my money on rentals!!!
