If you have a bank of america credit card they turn your number over to this agency. A division of bank of america. Simply call bank of america and threaten to cancel your card. You can also go to the IC3 department of the FBI and file this phone number for harrasement. If they get enough complaints they will step on them.

This is a daily nuisance call.

I get multiple hang ups per day from these clowns.  I called 800-242-6806 and went to the questions on your benefit menu.  I entered "#" until it told me I didn't have a valid ID.  I spoke to a Carlos, a plan rep, who said he'd remove my phone #.  We'll see if it happens.

Called today 6/25 at 1:51 pm they left no message.

800-242-6806 calls at least four times a day to our business number then hangs up!!!!!!!

Calls me 3 or 4 times a day.  When I ask to talk to supervisor to have me removed from their list they hang up. They have been calling for over a year and will not stop.

My business is on the no call list and these people still keep calling. What a way to make a living!

It's Bank Of America trying to sell Identity Theft Insurance.

This phone number called us almost everyday and whenever I pick the phone, they hang it up. Please do not pick the phone from this number - 8002426806

Called home number, didn't leave message. We have had our number for fifteen years and have never been a Bank of America customer. We are on state and federal do not call lists.

We should NEVER be subjected to the invasion and if possible stop doing business with
Bank of America or any other outfit set up by these banks to distrub and sucker good
people out of hard earned money, hustling to sell protection garbage insurance at big
bucks per every $100.00 on your account, It is a VERY COSTLY ripoff.

Where is our goverment help, congress and senate so self serving, send them the calls.

Bank of America(and every Bank) sells your information to other companies(they call affiliates). Those companies(i.e. CSI) have your info(i.e. phone number, email and home address, maybe more).  This is done for one reason! They make money from selling the info. All the companies that receive the info can then use it to pitch to you, and also sell your info to their affiliates!

Now what happens is the bank is sending out letters now stating that your info is being "shared with their affiliates"(define affiliate, it could be anyone they chose to do business with). this means, they are already selling your info before you have the opportunity to have a say, and that this letter is to give you the opportunity to "opt out". Why don't they try this... Send a letter that states if you, as their "valued" customer, would like to "opt in" to please contact us.  NO ONE would call !!!!!!

If you do business with a bank, It is happening to you, right now! they're all hustling you and gambling/hoping you won't do anything about it!

THEY CALL AND ASK TO SPEAK TO ME. WHEN MY WIFE TELLS THEM THAT I'M NOT HOME, AND WHO SHE IS, THEY HANG UP ON HER. SHE HAS CALLED THE NUMBER TO COMPLAIN AND GETS NO ACTION. WE HAVE ESTABLISHED THAT IT IS ASSOCIATED WITH B OF A AND I'M CONSIDERING  STOPPING DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AFTER NEARLY 40 YEARS.

I HOPE SOME ONE FROM B OF A READS THESE POSTS AND REALIZES HOW OFFENSIVE IT IS TO DEAL WITH.

Bank of America (or its surrogate) regularly calls in an attempt to market debt protection insurance to customers with B of A credit cards. No attention is paid to whether on not the number called is listed on the national "do not call" registry.  It does no good to ask to be removed from the banks telemarketing target list.

Call from "Bank Of America" trying to sell "credit protection." We are mot a BofA customer. They said that didn't matter, they could sell "credit protection" on any card. We are on the state and federal do not call lists.

I added this number to my saved phone numbers on my cell phone as "evil call" and custom ring tone is "mute".

I get at least 2 calls from this number 800-242-6866 a day. As others have said they are from Bank of America trying to sell a plan. I told them I have not had a credit card or done business with them in years at least 20 and have asked to have me taken off their list. I am on the no call list. But, they continue! What do you do? They use up my minutes on my cell everyday. Peace

I get these calls too - several times a week now.  I have no business with BofA.  I never answer them and they never leave a message.  Hoping they just give up...

Get daily calls from 800-242-6806.  When I call the 800 242-6806 to ask to be taken off the call list I get a run around that it will take 30 days and the State/Federal No Call List is not applicable.  I would suggest everyone who gets called by this company keep calling them back and tie up their "sales" representatives.
