I got the text stating"Hi thx 4 visiting our site Call 800-244-7729 to Claim Your FREE $500 Grocery Coupon Certificate! Gift Code: GC500 Txt STOP 2unsub"  I called and they said they would charge me $1.95 for a $500 certificate to be sent to me.  I told them I didn't have any money. He spoke broken english

I got the same msg about groceries.  I refuse to call.  Just wish I knew who I do business with that sold my number.

Just got the same call and told them it was a scam after reading this info and they hang up on me... so yes it is a scam... but i wonder how did the get my cell phone number :@

I texted back "stop texting me" and immediately got a text saying they would no longer send messages to my number because I opted out.  Not sure when/how I ever "opted in", but hopefully it worked.

i got a phone call from them.... I took the bait... got charges to my credit card and no $500 grocery card.  Hmmmm stupid me... lesson well paid for is one well learned.

I swear when I find the company that had the &@$! Audacity to text MY PRIVATE UNLISTED NUMBER...which I pay the fcking phone bill on to market/advertise...I will bring this company down so hard and fast!!! They have no idea who they just pissed off!

18002447729 sent me a text too. I called the number, sounds like they're outsourced from India. Couldn't tell me what site I went to. Call ur cell company nuisance call center or subpoena administration. Worked at Alltel/Verizon for years. See if they can adjust any text charges

I got this same text as well. I texted back "F*** off you piece of s***" and recieved this text back.

"We will no longer send any messages to this mobile number;you have opted out of this program. Reply HELP for Supoort or call 1-800-244-7729"

Also received the same text message about $500 in free groceries because I allegedly visiting their website. I resent that this unknown scam artist is eating up my text messages.
Has anyone tracked down what the company actually is?

I called and asked why they called me.  He said my number was randomly picked and that I was the lucky number.  I asked why he said that I visited their site when I know that I didn't?  He hung up...
