Calls often, early and late and says "Thank you for calling, to Continue in English press 1, to continue in Russian press 2"  What is this ????

i get this call too, 7am!!  i called them back, talked to someone who doesn't speak english very well, i tried to find out who they are but i couldn't understand a word they said!!  i guess i'll have to wait until tomorrow morning to find out if they really took  my phone number off their records

I can tell you who they are and what they want. It is a telephone company, operated by mostly Russian staff and they offer "cheap" phone service for calling overseas. The  reason why they are not talking back is because you start to talk English to them and they understand that you will not be interested in calling Russia, Ukraine and so on. It is a random dialing, so don't get offended. Just tell them - "NET" (it means "no" in Russian) or NE NADO ("don't need") Good luck!

they just call my cellphone and say "hello" and then even if i try to talk, they hang up. i tried saying something in russian, they still hang up. calling back they answer in russian.

call half a dozen times a day starting at 9am.  a computer voice says hello, then there are clicks and hangs up.

Pulse Telecom is very legal and the company is located in a big building near the AT & T center in Troy, Michigan. You can see it if you drive on E Big Beaver Rd.
Telemarketing is also legal in the USA that's why the company is still in this business since 4 years ago.

These idiots keep calling me as well.  They either hang up or have someone with a terrible indian accent calling about long distance rates for Pulse Telecom. They keep calling here in Montreal. I asked them to bother me in french or not bother me at all.  He can barely speak english, so forget about french!

I told to stop calling (in english) but they keep calling.

Another thing I want to add is that they scam by changing the name of their company. They appear in various names, for example, NECC, Call Select. They all originate from the same basement !

I used their service. They are scamsters. They add up phoney charges (eg. Carrier Cost Recovery charges, Fees etc ) into the invoice, which were not disclosed to you at the start of the service. If you do not pay those phoney charges (or discontinue their services ), they harass you by calling you at your cell phone 5 or 6 times a day. Then they send you an invoice each month with penalities on it. They continue to accumulate penalities, so you are forced to pay.

But, do not pay those invoices and report to the police.

I tried calling them and asked for their address but they do not give it to you, they ask for your information to try to find out who you are. They offer their telephone number or a different address. If you find out their address please post it on here. I am going to report them for their scams!

I get those call all the time, do you know how to get them to stop calling?

If you receive any phone calls from Pulse Telecom please do NOT sign on with them, their company and offers are nothing but a scam. We got tricked into signing on with them and now they are wanting us to pay cancellation fee?s which were never talked about in the first place. I am trying to find out their address so I can report them to the BBB. Please let me know if you have any information about their location.

These guys are after Russians (the reason they hang up if you don't answer in Russian) and they try to sell cheap international phone service to immigrants, etc. I happen to be one of them and this company is driving me insane!!!

I call them every day now to drop my number. They never do. If somebody lives in Detroit, you need to find them and call the cops to investigate this business (it is probably not legitimate and run from some basement). Next time I call them, I will demand their address and will surely post it here.

I have received a call from this number everyday for about a month now.  I used the translation website mentioned by "Steve" and the calls have stopped.  I repeated my phone number and "do not call" several times.

They call me every once in a while.  I called back and asked to stop calling to which they agreed.  But still call me as before.

This company calls me over and over and over. AutoDialer telling me the warranty on my car is about to expire. Oh, Please! What a scam!

This number has called me several times.  They never leave a voicemail.  Today I answered and the guy asked me if I spoke Russian.

I was able to speak to them finally. One operator just hang up on me when I called them back (female). A male operator calmly explained me that this is a Telephone comopany (Telecom) offering good rates on calls abroad.

I said that I receive 3-4 calls from them daily and consider it spam. Asked not to call me again. He calmly continued, "you know, we lowered our prices, you shall use our services.. blah. blah, blah".
