I am wondering how they got my phone number. They would NOT give me their mailing address, and since I refused to discuss my name they hung up. This is illegal. They are supposed to give you their mailing address so you can write them and tell them to stop.

They keep calling my house too.  I finally listned  to the message and called them and asked them to stop call my house with a robo system.  They are nasty people and have nasty attitudes.  Obviously they must specifically look for nasty attitude persons as a qualification to work with them. Not sure how they plan to collect from this Krissa person with sending a dang robo call.  Obviously they don't have to listen to the message so that is why they don't give you the number until you listen to the message. Someone needs to file a class action law suit from all the persons that are being harassed by them that have no account with them.  I'm on board if someone does.

T Mobile Direct:

I have been made a fool and played for a victim in the oldest game in the book. It is known as "BAIT & SWITCH". In my case the bait was the 30 day "TRIAL PERIOD" and the "SWITCH" was the THREE YEAR CONTRACT.

I have had my T-Mobile Samsung phone for 8 years now. I purchased phone from you and paid $150.oo . Never mind that two weeks later a friend of mine got the same phone for "free". My phone is so old is has a Morse code setting. My phone is so old, it doesn't take pictures, it makes daguerreotypes.

So when my sales person, lets call him Damon, suggested I try another plan that could be less problematic, I listened. This plan came with a 30 day trial period where I could "test drive" the contract and see if we were suitable for each other. If, after 30 days, I was not thrilled with the plan, there was no obligation to take the contract under advisement.

Thinking this was a win/win situation I opted in for the 30 day no obligation trial period. Boy was I ever in for a surprise. 25 or 28 days later Damon called to let me know about my contract coming due. We went over the numbers and determined there was no good reason for me to stop using pay as you go minutes. I would not go with the contract. But there was a catch. I had to go to the store in person. This business could not be conducted over the phone. This was inconvenient but I acquiesced.

When I was in the store Damon processed the order and even called the "home office" to make sure all of the details were attended to. He assured me all was in order and even "gave" me an extra fifty dollar phone card to go with the hundred dollars I just purchased. I left the store. I had no contract. I had gone back to "prepay" as opposed to contractual agreement. I was happy. Or so I thought.

Some months later the phone calls started coming in, from T-mobile telling me that they" had an important matter they needed to discuss with me." This was not a person calling. It was simply a machine, GLENDA GOODVOICE, that left me a phone number. When I dialed the number I went through a series of scripted calls, hold periods, and music I then had  to explain to a customer service representative why I was calling.

I don't know why I am calling, you called me. This had gone on for weeks. The original phone "contract" was made null and void June 25. I can not tell you the exact date because pre-pay plans do not have phone records. Nice catch 22 eh? I've received as many as three calls a day. This is more phone calls than I usually get in a week.  I started to think I was popular until I realized it was my own phone company harassing me about a phone contract I did not have.

I have spent HOURS on the phone with customer aggravation representatives. I have been hung up on every time I have mentioned the P.U.C. and asked to speak with a high level representative. This is after I have made sure they call me back on my land line because my cell phone will, with absolute certainy, drop the call.

These people are ruthless. Skillful. Determined. Trained in the Art of Non-Negotiation. They have a mandate that I pay them over $200.oo for a service I do not have. I pity anyone who does not have a firm command of the language and their wits about them.

I have been assured various times this "problem" has been taken care of, yet it doesn't go away. I can see where a weary, desperate, worn out customer, simply exhausted from conflict, will relent, hand over their credit card and surrender, just to stop the T-MOBILE machine.

I might do it. But I won't. I will not be bullied, harassed, beat-up, lied to and forced to wait on the telephone for hours while their "customer service representatives" laugh about who can make a customer the most angry before T-Mobile cuts the line.

Take That T-Mobile, I parry and touche.

Most Sincerely
M

Constantly getting recorded calls looking for "Darkel Shatman"  Can't get them to understand that there is nobody here with that name.  They hang up when you ask them to remove the number.  Probably a scam.

They are very rude when I spoke to them the one time.  They claim to be some sort of debt collection agency.   When I told them I do not know what debt they would not give details but expected me to give them a credit card over the phone to pay for it.  I told them I would need to get a bill and I would review it and would not pay anything over the phone I was not aware I owed and without any paperwork backing it up.  Over and over they kept saying "so you refuse to pay the debt".  I told them I would pay it if I owed it but needed some paperwork to back it up.  I would not just give a credit card over the phone when I did not know what debt they were talking about.  I have excellent credit and have never paid anything late before.  I am not sure if this place was real or not.

I've had people call my son's cell phone number, too.  I answer it, tell them the phone belongs to a minor, and they are in violation of numerous FTC laws if they call the number again.  I tell them it is their only warning, and a call trace will be initiated by the cell phone company as soon as I hang up so that there is a permanent record.  Contacting a minor and/or harassing a minor with unsolicited phone calls is a felony and is punishable by fines and imprisonment.

I am so tired of these types of callers.  They call at odd hours all day and never leave a message.  When I get home from the office, I try to return the calls, but I get busy signals, or placed on hold and hung up on, or recordings.  It's ridiculous.  Today, I happened to be home sick.  This number called.  I checked here first, but they hung up before I could read this thread and then answer.  No worries, they called back.  I answered it in the same manner I do at work, "Law Offices, may I help you?" There was a long pause and then, "Umm...I'm trying to reach Lisa ******".  I said, "I'm sorry, no one by that name is employed here.  May I help you with something?" Then the caller asked what kind of law firm this was.  I said, "Litigation and corporate law.  We specialize in Federal Contract Law and Citizens' Rights.  Is your call in relation to a pending case?"  Click. Hahahahaha.

I had a similar situation with my mom who suffers with dimentia. TM sent her bill to a collection company (not this one) who called her house every day. Rather than have any dealings with the collection company, I called TM directly and paid the remaining balance. The account had already been terminated, so nothing to cancel.

I am constantly getting calls from debt collectors for other family members who have never, nor will ever, leave with me. This company I'm sure is one of those debt collectors, calling for someone else, since I am debt free. Luckily I have a call blocker unit which blocks about 100 numbers, guess who just got added to the blocker. Added their local 205 number as well.

They have called my phone at least 3 times today (dont even know how they got this #) The first couple times were missed calls.  When I did answer, they hung up on me as soon as I sd "hello".  So,I called them back to see what this was about and when I did the woman was real igmorant towards me and hung up on me.  At this point,I had my fiance' call back and talk to them and they tried to get ignorant with him but then he was able to get his point across to them and that they need not to call this # again and they sd they wouldnt.  Well, guess what....about 4 hours later, they call back AGAIN!  Looking for someone by the last name Delgado.  I sd u have the wrong #/person!!!  Geez!

Got this number today on my kid's cell phone.  It was an automated call for a "Zarkel Shatman" and said to hang up if this isn't you.  We aren't the Shatmans and I'm getting tired of my kid's phone getting calls about stupid "Shat".

I do owe Tmobile money and I wanna pay it off, they keep telling me to call the number to pay of my debt but I'm not sure if I should do it.. After all these reviews they seem to be the kind of company that'll steal your personal information and sell it. How can I pay this directly to TMobile without going through this 3rd party company..?

The same deal...  3 calls from via telecomputer, and then switched to pure idiots.  Last call from AH with  Amsher, asking if this was the last 4 digits from my social.  Replied no, it's not.  Asked what's this about.  Caller rude and short.  Called them back at the toll free number, and got a female, who was every bit as rude as the first AH..  Was able to get a few explicatives off before she disconnected.  Was actually a good stress reliever...  Have never, and will never do business with T-Mobile, if they were the last provider standing...  My question is, why hasn't someone come up with a device that can give an unwanted caller an electric shock right through their headset...just enough current to loosen their teeth for a few days...
