It is CPRS, at least that is what I get when I call back. Probably contracted by Verizon.
Phone harassment would have to be 3 calls within a 24 hour period, and includes some sort of profanity or verbal assaults. At least I can call back and give them a rough time, though theres not much more. If you contact your phone provider they will blacklist the number for you so you can not be contacted by them.
I also suggest signing up for the Do-Not-Call registry as I was receiving dozens of telemarket calls a day, and within 48 hours of registering, I receive maybe one a week now.

This company is a pain in the back of the shorts.  If I could sue for harassment I would.

These people are flat out pains.  DAILY CALLS

They have been sent copies of the police reports, and now insist on affidavits of forgery in addition, stating account numbers used by the thiefs, who FORGED strange account numbers that did not match my account, and I would not have this information.  The bank told me that they knew something was up and returned the checks as fraud on day one.  

These people are even assenine enough to prevent me with a new drivers license number due to the fraud from cashing a PAYROLL check.

The caller did not leave a message.

This is CPRS also know as certery there calling because a check bounced and there trying to collect the bounced check fee or check amount and fee. comes up as unavailable

They called. I answered. They asked if they could speak to me and asked for me by name to which I replied NO then I promptly hung up. It'll be interesting to see if they call back again since I'm normally at work.

They call once a week but never leave a message.

they keep calling, but leaving no voice mail. i don't answer 800 numbers.

they keep calling my phone and I tell them they have the wrong number but they still keep calling!!!

A pre-recorded voice mail asks to call this number back.
