Have called them on NUMEROUS occasions letting them know that the company that are trying to reach does NOT exist any longer and hasn't in over 15 years, that the previous owner of our fax number no longer owns it, that our fax number is listed on the DNC, and that we WILL be filing a formal complaint with the BBB, the FTC, the DA's office in California, etc., and yet the JUNK FAX SPAM just keeps right on chugging along from these people.

I received a fax with a check # 6108 attached for the amount of $56, 715.00. Solicitation was for an unsecured loan being offered to me stating that to date they had advanced $30,000,000 such loans since 2012!

I received the same thing. I AM going to fax them back at the number provided - along with a copy from stopjunkcalls.com that states each time they send one of these advertisements, it's punishable by a $500 fine. If you've never heard of the company - whether it's the company that's actually sending it or someone they hired - the company that's giving the order to send the fax can be sued in Civil Court.

The reason - they're using YOUR toner, YOUR paper and tying up YOUR work fax. I'm certain I won't be suing these people each time I receive something, but I AM going to have fun faxing them back with the Junk Fax Information Page!  Ooooo, I love to be the "buster" once in a while!!!

Let me tell you about Private Equity Group who have the phone number 1-888-261-0342. It's nothing but a scam operation fishing for people who are desperate for money. These guys have a warehouse full of illegal drugs (primarily cocaine) and animals. They routinely engage in sexual activity with various beasts including but not limited to horses, goats, and even a zebra that was fraudulently purchased from the Evansville, Indiana zoo under the pretense that it would be homed at the Tampa, Florida zoo. This didn't happen and instead the animal was moved to the Private Equity Group warehouse outside of Clearwater, Florida where it is kept for purposes of bestiality.

My company just received the same fax as described above. A search for Private Equity Group took me to Ft. Meyers, Fl. They know nothing about this scam. A search for J. E. Nathan also produced no results.Best to ignore this type of fax.

This group has various phone numbers and fax numbers and fax removal numbers....be very careful.
They send this piece of crap fax paper that looks like a check with approval number 43850023, the check number #6108, an approval date (which is todays date 5/1/12), same dollar amount of approval $56,715.00, the name J.E. Nathan on the bottom of the check.I called to be removed 2 weeks ago, now they fax again with new 800# and 800# fax number. Calling the fax removal number does not work, call the 800 or 888 numbers on the top of the fax page, talk to a live person and demand to be removed...
