Ive had this number for a year and the phone calls for this family started 2 days after I got this phone #. The phone company wont guarantee a never before issued number if I change mine and if that isnt enough of a pain in the a**, to take the phone off my cable /internet/phone bill, it will cost $25.00 a month MORE to not have a phone in the house. I am going to post all their personal information online that I find.

It is ERC a debt recovery company.

This number calls me 2 to 3 times a day who r they when i try to call it back it just say wrong #

Incessantly calls daily. Cannot get an answer when I call back. Very annoying!

it happens to me to and i just tryed to annoy the man who called me and he thought i hanged up but i didnt so heard him talking and he said stuff about kids on how there annoying and other things

These debt collector companies are very rude, stupid, and immoral.  They thought that when they aggravate people enough, people will give up and pay their debts, but they are so stupid and blind that they don't realize they have been harassing the wrong people; and the people who really owe a debt don't really care if they have received hundreds of phone calls or messages.  Don't waste your time talking with these types of companies.  Continue to file complaints with FTC/FCC (or Do Not Call Registry), State Attorney General, BBB, or any other Gov legal offices whenever you receive their calls.  Collect your evidences and sue them.

If they're calling you that much and its not for a debt you owe, once you have told them not to call you and they continue to do so, you can sue them
but first, get their name/address and send a lette to themr(make an extra copy for yourself). In the  letter state that you are not the person they are trying to contact, and that you do not owe the debt, and that they must "cease and desist all contact" with you. Send the letter by registered mail, return receipt requested....that way they have to sign for it, and you will have a copy of the signed receipt proving that they received the letter.
If they contact you once they have received that letter, then you keep the voicemail and you can sue them.

They just keep calling!  I tell them the person they are looking for does not live in my home; I do not know the person they are looking for.  They thank me, and tell me that I won't receive any more calls.  And then they call again.  And again.  I called their number; they said they'd remove my number.  And then they called AGAIN.  And again.  Every night when I return from work, there's a voice mail from them.  Why do they keep wasting their time and mine?

Pam from Enhanced Recovery left message for a call back. Problem is the names she asked for don't live here. Called back, told Pam no one lived here by that name and I didn't know them. And it had been my phone number for more than 3 years. She said no more calls after 24-48 hours.

Thank you, Vanessa for posting the actual phone number of the company.   I called and told them I wasn't the person they were looking for.  The woman on the phone was pleasant and promised to take my number off their system immediately.

this # leaves me a voice mail with a conformation # and a phone # to call back but when I call back Im on hold for a long time so I just hang up. I dont think I owe a collection agency any money $$$ but if I do I would like to atleast know who and for what.

Collecting Agency, comes up as Telemarketing on call id. Where dealing with Target account, were VERY rude. The lady was ignorant.

called my cellphone....... went online and discovered a collection agency, i do not owe them anything.  

i will not accept their call nor will i ever answer it.

We moved here almost two years ago. Right away we started getting local  collection calls: Sears, a car agency, and some who wouldn't say. They kept asking for the same name. After we explained the number was new to us, those finally stopped. Two days ago, we started getting calls from 800-250-9460. Sometimes the calls were just an hour apart. But no one was ever on the line. I got the garbled message and then the dial tone. Our first one today was at 7:30 this morning.
