I get this number calling me several times a day. Have no idea who it is so I just don't answer these types of callers anymore

Thanks for the tip about this phone number.  I called them back and went through all the hoopla pressing 1 to continue the call, etc., and finally got to the "Shell credit card do not call list."  Just a quick update:  "it may take up to 30 days" to remove me from their list!  Amazing, isn't it?

They also give you the option of having the info mailed to you, when you choose this, they stop calling and tell you it will be mailed within two weeks instead of waiting 30 days for them to stop calling....better option in my opinion, just toss the junk mail when it arrives....

They were calling me several times a day for a late payment. The bill arrived after the due date. I inquired why the delay and they said the mail was slow there. They recommended I sign up at their account and pay there. Instead I told them to cancel my card.

I had used a Citibank card a few years back and same thing. Late bills resulting in late fees. The Shell card promises you'll save $.05/gallon which you never see then you get stuck with $35 late fees.

My recommendation, do not go to Shell, don't use the Shell card and don't use Citibank either. Join a credit union if you have one available. These banks are a bunch of crooks.

How can they harass you if they never leave a message?  They call at least 7 times a day.  I have them blocked, but they still call.  I think the callers must be paid by how many calls they make,  not if you answer.

multiple calls a day, never leave a message.  I finally answered the call & waited until someone said something unrecognizable to which I replied f... Off.  Think it was a bill collector, not me stellar credit rating.

Got a call from this #.  I didn't answer and they left no messege.   I'm so tired of all these calls!

WHY is it that everytime I go to donotcall.gov and sign up YET AGAIN I start getting a whole new group of these relentless callers?  Isnt donotcall.gov supposed to keep you from getting these calls?  How do you make it STOP if thats not working?

Yes, I have a Shell card but these people call and don't bother answering.  I don't want them to call ever again.  Ever.  I may continue to purchase Shell gasoline, but I will not respond to any marketing calls from these people.  I want them to stop calling period.

I have been receiving calls from Shell from this number and another one.  They are calling to talk to my husband about some offer...as soon as they ask for him I reply with "He is not available this is his wife is there something I can help you with" they say they will call back.  We do have a Credit Card from them, and are not interested in the offers they are trying to sell.

Called several times in one day.  We do have Shell credit cards, so it could be from them; however, they leave no messages.   Call number appears on our Caller ID but name is listed as "Unavailable".  If it were legit, it should say "Shell."    Made a complaint to the National Do Not Call Registry; also put the number in our Verizon Blocked Numbers list, so that should do it.

They have called my house 7 times in the last 3 days!!!! No indication who is calling;just the number on my caller ID.  Please do call again!!!!! My husband has had a stroke and they call and wake him up.........

They call at least once a day - today they put an end to a great nap!  I never answer if there's no name - they'll stop eventually.

they appear to be a call center telemarketing operation calling Shell Credit Card Holders (or who they think they are) to see if you want to add credit monitoring and have it charged to your shell credit card.

If you answer "hello" you get a telemarketer... if you don't answer or say something like "what" you typically don't get one but either way they don't leave a message.

How do you know it is Citibank for Shell Gas? This is how debt collectors do  their dirty business! They call with their autodialers and don't answer when you pick up. Then they know when you are home and they will concentrate their efforts calling  during that time frame.

THESE A***OLES ARE BREAKING THE LAW THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CALL SOMEONE 6 TIMES A DAY...........THEY ARE BEING HANDED OVER TO THE FBI...

What is the point of using the national no call list? These people are annoying, and they are clogging up my call log twice a day. STOP THESE PEOPLE...NOW!

Shell Credit, wanting to give me a "special offer." Didn't listen long enough to hear what the offer was.

They have been calling 3-4 times a day for the last six months or so.   I don't pick up any calls that don't have a name I recognize.   The name on this call is always "out of area".   I want to get them out of my life.  
They never leave a msg. and I won't call them back.
We are on the national do not call registry, but it isn't helping.

Have called many, many times.  Sometimes they hang up without talking and other times they don't.  I've asked them not to call.

Do-not-call registry allows telemarketer to call if you have existing business relationship with company--in this case, Shell Oil.  Called # from my phone and got recording that they had tried to contact me about a business offer and would call back at a later time.  Instead of hanging up, again pressed "1" for "English" and got message to enter my # if I wanted on their do-not-call list.  They said it can take up to 30 days to stop receiving calls.  I will mark my calendar and then report them if they call after 30 days, as law allows them to be fined up to $11K if they continue to call after specific request to be placed on do-not-call list.

I just did what Carson suggested and got the same result.  I'll also be keeping an eye out for the 30-day mark.

ugh! Shell.. so annoying! I couldn't even understand her! Outsourcing at its best..
