Identified themselves as URS, no other info was given

This is a debt collection agency.  and they are RUDE. they called my business and spoke to an associate an YELLED at her for not giving information about me. the first time i called them "john" asked for my Dell accoutn # --I do not have an account with Dell! then he asked for my SS #. like i'm going to give that to somone i do not know. i told them to stop calling me. When  received another call from Mrs Garrett Ext 4287 i called her back and she was rude. but she finally realised that i am not the person they are loooking for. i better not get another call from them

This person called for my brother and he doesn't even stay with me, so how did they get my number? He then said the he was from URS. Who are these people?

did not identify as from a company, but did use a name, Debbie Gibbs. was not given a reason for the call.

On my Caller ID it came up as a local number. A Mr Stephens wanted to talk to my husband. Said it was a personal matter. I presume they are a collection agency.

Dell/United Recovery also uses 607-217-2810 to call.  They do call all day, every day.

I don't answer when these numbers come up on my caller ID, and then these people started calling my parents house and say they need to contact me about a 'personal matter'.

50 a day would be illegal, get a lawyer and go after them.

The person calling from this number calls me at work and identifies herself as calling from United Recovery Systems, nothing more.  I would like to know if I can tell her not to call me at work?

Calls all day long. I know of at least 50 times a day.

Dell calls if you are behind your payment.
