Her name is not really Rita Brown.  That is just an name she gives everyone.  They never give their real names.  God things you have their calls on your phone.  Make money off these scums.  Get a collection attorney.  I make money off these kind things  What they are doing to you is illegal.  Get the original debt date.  Get they date they acquired the debt.  Get the original amount of the debt.  Get their address  Yo already have the dates they have called you.  Do not take this.  Turn them into FDCPA.  Do not deal with these scums.  They have called me and I can hardly wait until they call me again.  Do o let them get by with this.  They are collecting debts well over 8-10 years old and that is illegal.  File charges against them.  I have made money off thee kind of scums and will continue to do so.  File against them.  That is the only way we can all stop these scums and their fraudulent CEO.  Stop them dead in their tracks.  Put them out of business.  They are running an illegal scam.  The so-call scums working for them are no better than the fraudulent business  "alleged" CEO since I never knew that debt and collection agencies have a CEO.  He has guts because people can find an alleged name!!!  I do say "alleged" name in very loose terms.  Make them pay you money honey!!!.  Find a collection attorney.

We get calls daily from these people and they never leave a message.  I NEVER answer the phone if the number is one of the following: any 800-type number, local and non-local area codes with no name attached, unknown name and/or unknown number, name attached but clearly a sales call, private.  Some days we get upwards of 15 such calls, and they are starting earlier in the day.  I've reported them, but so what?  I've tried calling some of them back but always get the message that the number cannot be reached.  My husband will answer the phone, only to have the person on the other end hang up.

Check with your STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE...
In West Virginia.. the State Attorney General has declared this number and company as "FRAUD" and advises NO ONE in our state to conduct any form of transaction with them...
Furthermore, our Attorney General is asking all in WV to contact his office with data when they do receive calls or anything from these firms.. as he is pursuing legal action against them..  For FRAUD...

I keep getting calls,  several times a day, for a James L Gardner.  there is no such person living at this number.  Please stop the calls and delete my phone number from your collection list. I have requested this to be done many months ago, and calls ceased for awhile.  Now, they are starting up again.  Please stop the calls.

Getting calls from this entity asking for a Samantha Bostic....I wish she would take care of this...

The robo-voice says to call 855-220-2822 to have your number removed, so I did. It said it would take 24-72 hours for my number to be removed. OK, fine. About one hour later I get a call from 201-546-5232. I didn't answer and no message left. The CID reads "BESTART AND MIR." No reports for that number on here so I called it back on my cell. Sure enough, it's EOS CCA. Sleazy, underhanded, scofflaw scumbags.
Btw, nearly as I can find thru google, BEST ART and MIRror is some kind of a picture framing company in NJ.

getting calls from this number for someone i do not know, saying by the answering machine picking up, i am admitting i  am said person..yes a debt collector but since i am not the scott -last i looked i am still a girl not a scott- they are looking for and my number on the dnc list, is this even legal? wish i knew where this dude was or how to get hold of him, they give his full name, and other personal info on my answering machine. and i have had  my phone number for 5 years so not like it could be a mistake...... it also calls the same time daily, every day.....

We have received numerous phone messages from 800-257-0713 asking if we are "Todd Lawrence." Telling us to call 855-220-2822 if we are NOT Todd Lawrence. We are on the "Don Not Call" list and I just filed a complaint on their website:

RITA BLAKE-Whoever you are, and wherever you are, call these 'collectors' and 'fess up.' I don't know you, and you have a lot of nerve giving these creeps MY number to call you on. And, NO I will not explain ANYTHING  to them. That's up to Y-O-U! I have simply blocked their number, and they can't make my phone ring now, but my caller id shows they are still calling. Received a voice mail message for someone who I don't know/doesn't live here.  The message said the person's name who they were trying to reach and then said that they were calling in order to collect a debt.  I wish I knew the person so I could tell them about this violation of the FDCPA.
