They havent called me but they did debit my account$47 and when I tried to call this number it's not able to go through... I'm really annoyed because now i have to report my account info as being tampered with and close out my accounts.

I'm in the middle of a battle with emillionnaire too. They charged me 4 times within 2 days in April, then again in May (twice) and in june (once). That's over 300$ canadian. Fortunately, I have proof that I canceled within their "free trial period". But they seem reluctant to pay me back. They told me that my "refund request was being evaluated to see if it was compliant with their rules and regulations". They also tell me that I had 7 days to cancel, not 14. Anyways, I canceled the day after I received free trial stuff by email. And the only thing I got in the mail was a cd with a webinar on it (no image though, just sound). It's a f****ng scam if you ask me. Did anybody actually get their money back?

I've been going through this since January. I've not received anything and when I disputed it with my credit card company they received notice I had received a service and agreed to a contract. After reading this site I called and talked to Nicole and she said she will cancel my subscription (to what I don't know) and said "sorry" for the problems. What a scam! I called 800-264-4104 to get something done (I hope) only time will tell.

I am another victim of this fraud.
I have an advise for all those who went through the same situation:
First, Call your BANK and change your card immediately.
Go to the Police and file a Report of Fraud. With that report number, the copy of your account statement, and a copy of this page, go to your bank again, file a report of Stolen and fraud, ask in the bank to notarize the form they will give you and give it ALL documents to the person in charge of that manner.
IMPORTANT to know! Most of the Banks Policy doesn't give you the money back after 60 days of the date issued, so don't wait too long and act quick.
IMPORTANT ALSO. Do not call this fraud company to claim anything. They will tell you to give them your credit card number with the excuse to process your money back. IT IS BETTER TO CALL YOUR BANK DIRECTLY.  DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PEOPLE.

Call the customer service number 1-800-264-4104 as soon as possible to get the $47 charge reversed, or they will try to tell you that they have to be contacted in 7 business days.  I really think they need to update their website and let people know that they will be charged "a monthly service fee" if they request this $1.95 CD.

Yep same thing - they said 5-7 days for the $197 to go back into account, its been 4-6wks, I just phoned back.  In the mean time 3 more charges have been made to the cc under the names of "googmoney" "emillionaremba" and Recession Proof" of $47 each.

A woman calling from Florida called about support@emillionaire.com wanting me to give her the information she wanted. After refusing and telling her this is a scam, she said she's always lived in Florida; then gave this e-mail to cancel. I was charged $47.00 from the EMILLIONAIREMBA phone number 800-678-0570 (KNA). Wherever that is?

I am here reading everyone's message.  Don't feel bad, you're not the only one that feel for the $1.95 start fee.  I got charged and never received anything. I recently received a charge on my credit card for $61.37.  I will be speaking with credit card company to have the money refunded.

WTF...the same thing happened to me! It was a Emill Recession and they charged me 47.94 and when I called it they said it can't be reached from my calling area...what the hell is that about!

on mars 20, i told you that i made a request to get my refund from Emillionnaire.  7 days after, i received full refund.

So for Canadian citizen, you  must can call 1 800 3096980 .

You must insist , ask to talk to a superviser if needed,  otherwise they  they would only stop taking money on your account.  You must say its not acceptable, they will try, for sure.

Frech speaking only, try to have a friend who seeaks french at least!

I had the same $47.00 charge plus a .47 foreign transaction fee on 3/25/09, and a $39.95 charge plus a .40 foreign transaction fee on 2/23/09 initially, all to Emill Recession Proof with phone 800-258-0078 - I've tried since February to call that number and just get the message "You've dialed a number which cannot be reached from your calling area" - I'm in Connecticut, U.S.  I just spoke with someone at the 800-264-4104 number, "Monique" (I think - very difficult to understand). She said it would take 7-10 days - 10 days if out of country, and IF reviewed that I qualify for a refund, would see that credit to my account on the 11th day.  She said she "will try" to get my refund processed for the $47 charge only - no mention of the foreign fee, or my February fees charged.  This should be reported as a scam on the tv news as well as online - Better Business Bureau.  I never received anything for this "Recession Proof" opportunity in the mail or via email either.  I'll be watching my account closely for that refund of the $47 at least!  Thanks for the alternate phone number - hopefully they will honor refunding these fraudulent fees!

I did the same thing and got charged a monthley fee from google and emill recession. So i called google and got it taken care of, but as for the emill recession still working on it.

Same thing happened to me. My husband and I knew we didnt make that transaction. Thats crazy. I didnt think something like that could ever happen to us, but it did. This company is a Rip!!! I got charged the 39.95 and then the 47.00, as well as a few small two dollar charges since those two charges were international. I called that 800-264-4104 number back I want to say on the 22nd or 23rd and got my refund for both charges on the 26th.

So, did you get your money back cause they just took money out of my acct. Who do I contact to get my money back and where do I report them?

i sent them a request of a refund by email, they replied and said they my refund is being processed. i m still not 100% convinced unless i really  get my money back. also worried that they will take money off my creditcard again in the future.

anyway u just have to live and hope for now.

I emailed support@emillionaire.com. I got a response very quick. They asked me for the details I gave over facebook like my full name, email address, details of the transactions taken (not my bank details except for the last 4 digits of my credit card). They then responded again to advise me they would refund the money back into my bank account asap.

Extremely frightening - how dare they take money from my debit card like that!If you sign up with any company for an ongoing membership - you pay by direct debit or standing order that you control. I couldnt believe it when i read my bank statement!!!

I spoke to my bank, and they were well aware of this company and gave me the overseas number - i couldnt ring it - even if i had got through I dont believe I would have got anywhere - and would have cost me probably as much as they had taken in mobile phone costs. My bank were extremely unhelpful - they just said "yeah you signed up for a get rich quick scheme on facebook didnt you?!" ....made me feel very stupid!

As soon as I get the money goes back into my bank I will let you know.

I would advise everyone to email them with your complaints - the response you get is your peace of mind that they will refund you the money - if they dont you have proof that they have promised you the money back.

The only thing they wont refund is any extra cost its caused yourself. Luckily for me its only a total of £3 overseas transaction fees that my bank have applied. Luckily it didnt cause me to go overdrawn otherwise I would be looking at double of what they have taken in bank charges!

Hope you all get it resolved. Dont bother ringing the robbing b**stards, i would strongly advise you email them. Ive heard all sorts of stories from people who have tried ringing them x
