I was in a car accident two week ago, and received a call on my personal cell phone mid morning today.  The caller identified herself as TONYA with The Victim's Referral Source.  She started asking details about my accident and whether I was injured or experiencing any pain since the wreck.  I asked her who she was with and why she was calling my cell and she repeated the name Tonya and The Victim's Referral Source.  I asked if she was with my insurance or the other party's insurance and she just repeated her same info....so I said..."basically you are a telemarketer calling me on my cell because I was in a car accident?" to which she didn't say anything and I hung up.  She then called back and left an 800 number....800.258.4387, but an ATLANTA,GA number showed up on my caller ID 770.980.1288 when I called this number from a secured blocked landline, a voicemail picks up with a message saying "You've reached Tonya, I'm away from my desk, please leave a message"

same story. Have called repeatidly  and also called my dad, whom couldn't get a straight answer regarding who she worked for.

I recieved a call from the elusive "Tonya" yesterday regarding a recent accident of mine (no idea how she knew I was in an accident, as the accident report was just released today).  I called her back and her voicemail didn't state what company she was with.  I left a message, THEN googled the number and found this site... wishing I had done things in a different order now.  She's called back once, but I haven't picked up.

Only time will tell...

I had an accident Saturday night.  Tonya called me today saying she was calling from the Wellness Center and urging me to see a chiropractor because my family doctor couldn't treat my injuries properly.  She wanted to make an appointment for me, but I told her I would have to check to see what a good time was.  She gave me the 800-258-4387 number to call back.  She called me from 770-980-1288, caller ID listed Kevin Woodard.  Sounds like soliciting business to me.

Yes I got the same call, but I did a little investigation and found out that they are a medical referring business and they contact you AFTER your accident because usally you don't have pain until a few days after. (which happened to me).  And they sent me to a chiropractor close to were I work. I did go and received excellent care and results! And they took care of all the billing and didn't have to pay a dime.

I had an accident on Friday night. Tonya called me today and gave me that same 800#.  She actually called from 770-980-1288. It says Kavin Woodard.  I told her not to call here again. (she called 3 times today) I also got two calls from a Woody Robiskie.  Same thing, different number.  I told him he was a scammer, and not to call here again!!

Tonya called me at 8:55 this morning and left a message.  We had a car accident a few days ago and she was calling "regarding the accident", leaving this 800 number.  Given the reports here I don't plan on trying to call her and her mystery company back.

I got a call from these people after a car accident I was in. Evidently the Cleveland area chiropractors that they referred me to are being sued for insurance fraud.

I just got a call from the same woman. My wife was in an accident and "Tonya" called to ask if she had been injured. I said no, she said thanks and hung up. It was early in the morning, so I didn't realize until after the call that I never asked who she was with. I called back and left a message that said, "I have some important information regarding the accident," so hopefully she'll return my call.

I just got a call from them, returned the call to "Tonya" who eventually picked up after a dozen calls.  She wouldn't tell me what company she was with, and asked for my area code.  When I gave in and gave it to her, she hung up on me.  I called back immediately over and over and over again.  Several times I'd catch her, but she wouldn't say hello or anything, and just hang up again.  I finally left a message that I will continue to call until she tells me why she called, took up my time to call back, and won't even tell me what company she is with.

I was in a car accident and one week later, a lady called me from this number stating she is from the Wellness.  She insist on making an appointment to see a chiropractor.  I later canceled, cuz I felt these people were ambulance chasers.

Did anyone call this number to find out who they are?
