Jay left a message on our phone after a really long breath (Very unprofessional, at first we thought it was a crank call) and explained that he could lower our mortgage payments and to give him a call at 800.260.0679. If he was not available talk to one of the other associates who answer the phone. He gave no company name. Sounds like a scam, definitely not calling back. And we're on the Do Not Call list. Really.................................

Jay called and left a
Message that there was a problem processing our mortgage payment then left a super long poorly
Scripted message about how he could help us lower our mortgage payments .

I wasn't home to take the call. "Jay" left me a lengthy message asking me to call him back as soon as possible to discuss lowering my mortgage payment.

I didn't answer, but "Jay" with the "Vehicle Processing Department," whose "records indicate" my "vehicle is outside of warranty," left a 45 second message telling me to call him immediately at a secondary number - 800.259.7587. It sounded very much like the phone call equivalent of a 419 scam.
