Yes. This message is for [my name} and [name of other person on car note]. My name is Steven Roberts, and I'm calling you regarding a case that you are now both defendants in. Our firm was retained to get a repugnant order signed by a judge to get the sheriffs and marshals to find the both of you and a town to repossess a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado, although I believe it's probably in the possession of [me] based on the age of [other note holder].

Certainly I would like this not to go any further, but you're probably looking at two pending charges. One would be obviously attempting to defraud a federal bank out of over $21,000 intentionally without meeting your contractual obligations, and two would be hiding mortgage collateral, which I believe you're doing as well.

Therefore they will speak to the prosecutor to get these charges switched from civil to criminal. More importantly, they will subpoena both [other note holder, me] and any other persons familiar with the both of you to get depositions under oath as to the current status of the whereabouts of [other note holder, me] and the Chevy Silverado. i to had a call from this # same message was left for me tryed to trace the # and found nothing on it .they all so use a local #. when you call the local #it is not in service. if this is  adebt collecter why are they allowed to use false #'s to call with.it is ether a debt collecter or a repo co. this should be illage for them to do this wheather you owe or dont owe.

This appears to be one of the annoying sales calls you receive from AT&T if you have their service.  I have repeatedly expressed to AT&T my dislike for their sales calls and that I don't want to make any changes to my account, but the calls continue.  Boy do they continue.  I receive their offer for a long distance plan at least twice a month. Sad thing is, my monthly long distance charges don't even come close to what they're wanting me to pay so that I can have their flat rate "just in case" long distance plan.  This company's business sales practices stink! They're a hair away from harassment!

I actually did agree to switch over and it DID save me money. On top of that I received 25% for the four billing cycles! if its a scam then the scam saved my business a lot of money. You people need to listen to them, some of them are who they say they are. Thats why your bill is so HIGH now.

I am one of the small business solution providers that is trained and certified to handle small buisness customers accounts.  The reason for our calling is to provide our customers or patrons of AT&T with an added benefit to their account, that's all.  We are not a scam as we are certified and again trained through AT&T.  If the business customers decides not to take advantage of the offer that will beneefit their account, as opposed to continue paying anonymous charges, then that is completely fine.  We do not force  any of our customers to change any services on their account.  All we do is offer added benefits as instructed by ATT....If it is a scam, what message do you hear when you call the number that is provided?  Please feel free to call ATT corporate, not customer service, to confirm we exactly who we say we are.

I got the same call;during the conversation I had with:"Chris Taylor" it was mentioned I share the account with another person wich is a huge LIE! plus some kind of irregularities with my account.....another lie!.So I agree with Michele;This has SCAM written all over it!!!!!!!

Got a call stating this is not a sales call this is a benefit to account call to save us money on our AT&T bill. Contact name left was Justin Evans X1090 ---  This has SCAM written all over it!

They are pretending to be "The New At&T" and report that your account has overages.

I'd like to know what company this is as well. I'm in Georgia and they've been calling my house and my job off and on for about a year. I know they are full of crap, so they don't scare me, but I sure would like to put them out of business.

This number is actually from a collection agency / repo company. They are currently being investigated by the FBI. They called me today to harrass me 7/31/08. I don't screw with with people. I do my homework. I immediately went to the Cranberry Township, PA police dept & spoke to a detective. He said the the US Marshall or ANY other government agency wouldn't be calling from a 1-800 number. My friend (who was also harrassed today) talked to someone in the FBI & they called that number back. The agent told my friend that the number was a collection agency trying b***s*** "ILLEGAL" tactics to scare people into giving them information

Who was it that called were they cops?

This # left a message saying that they were us marshell and now when I call them back from my phone it says it is disconected but when I call from another phone it goes through and people answer.
