I am another victim of this fraud.
I have an advise for all those who went through the same situation:
First, Call your BANK and change your card immediately.
Go to the Police and file a Report of Fraud. With that report number, the copy of your account statement, and a copy of this page, go to your bank again, file a report of Stolen and fraud, ask in the bank to notarize the form they will give you and give it ALL documents to the person in charge of that manner.
IMPORTANT to know! Most of the Banks Policy doesn't give you the money back after 60 days of the date issued, so don't wait too long and act quick.
IMPORTANT ALSO. Do not call this fraud company to claim anything. They will tell you to give them your credit card number with the excuse to process your money back. IT IS BETTER TO CALL YOUR BANK DIRECTLY.  DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PEOPLE.

I called 1-800-309-6980 this morning to cancel my emillionaire account. I was on hold for about 3 mins. I talked to a man with what I would consider an Indian accent. He gave me his name... Logan Triqutikanon. I demanded that emillionaire cancel my 14-day trial period, and that I better not have any more charges to my account. He said it was cancelled. I am also going into my bank today to speak with an accountant about blocking these idiots. I will wait and see what comes of this mess....

Call your bank or credit card company and report the charges as unauthorized. The bank will reverse the charge.

Same thing happened to me!  $47.00 out of my account then an additional .38 later the same day!  I am furious and don't know what to do about it!

i too get reg payments go to this f***ing googmoney not a clue wat is or how thy gt my details. but thy take bout £30-00 every two weeks jus reported to bank so thy hopefully gonna put a stop to it not HAPPY AT ALL X

i have had the same 800 number Iam in queensland Australia.i had some hacker entered my system with a virus that rendered my ystem useless every prgram on my computer was not responding BEWARE OFF  such emails as this is no joke or we have acessed your computer and found you have so many errors in your system forward your credit card detailsand we will down load our correction program. some organisation with the name of ERROR .not only did they stuff up my system but also they scanned my computer and collected all my stored  data my computer technician informed me it was a a data collecton virus and is transfered to your email . so when sending emails you also trans mitthis virus of which scans the information from that recipent .How do I know this my son has ablocker tht blocks emails of this nature and stores them his technician was able to open them and it was an email from me which contained all my addresses  and other data. these RSOLES will stuff up the internet system

went to use visa they had already cancelled my card . found out when icalled them that immediately they saw these charges and stopped payment new visa cards comming in 10 days. thank god for no hassle miles one cards

I have the same problem, 2 times they withdrew money from my checking account as I had used my debit card. When I called they said the money would be returned to my account, now I see another 69.90 waiting to post. And nothing has been returned to my account. I will have to go to my bank and change my card. I do not know how to pursue this ant further.

The b*****ds just charged me 39.95USD.
Called the bank, got them to cancel it, they are investigating it.
Went back to the original site that I ordered the product from, and had a proper read of the terms and conditions. I hadnt recieved my "product" in the mail, and for good reason.  In the terms and conditions it says that "by agreeing to the terms and conditions you accept that the product may be in digital form or any other form thereof".  

Looking through it more you find more sinister things.  Such as the fact that any information you give them through "electronic" means, i.e. address, phone number, CREDIT CARD number, anything that you provide them becomes theirs to freely use.

I got a charge from googmoney on my back also got to start the fight with them tomorrow i guess since it is now 3 am big rip off i think i am going to call google and ask them if they know these people are ripping people off using their name..the name next to the transaction is googmoney with the phone number 1-800-264-4104 i have not recieved any phone calls from them as of yet..they got me for 39.95+.32 what the heck is 32 cents

Thank you for this site, I too have an unusual 'googmoney' charge for 67 dollars.  Thanks to your site here, we were able within 5 minutes assertain that this was a false charge and my husband is currently in talks with our bank.

They just charged my Pay Pal account $39.95. I Pay Pal closed the account and opened a new one. They are chaging back Googmoney. I also filed a complaint with the FBI. When I called the no. and confronted them, they said the computers were down so they could not help me.

I have been chasing these theives Googmoney for weeks now! $47.00 stollen by these scammers,their hone numbers do not work from Alaska so I cant talk with them. Thanks to comments I read here I saw their terms and conditions. "The viewer (us) accept the purchase by clicking on their pop up" Everybody needs to write to the following Arbitration Assoc. and they will settle our claims against these thieves. yeah i had the same thing with the 47 dollar charge. i called 8002644104 and talked to customer service, they are really hard to understand probably not american but they said they will cancel the account and refund the money but it could take like 5-10 days.

I also called them at 1-800-309-6980. I gave them all of my information, and they also said that my order was already canceled. I explained to her that there was no reason for my order to be canceled because I did not request this. After going further, she promised to refund my money within 7-10 business days and that I should be receiving an email within 24-48hrs.
I'm not very optimistic about it, but it could work i suppose.

I had the same thing show up on my credit card statement. I called the number and talked to someone fairly reasonable. But the customer support phone menus were very generic, no mention of a name of the company. When I questioned the customer service person who said his name was Andrew Davis, here is the info I received:

Said their affiliates are Google Money System, Google Cash System. They would not confirm that they are associated with Google at all. That is deception IMO.

Sounded like I might have been talking to India. They said they were going to be reversing the charges but it will take 7 - 10 business days. We will see. I think I will follow up with my credit card company and maybe with the state attorney general. I think companies like this need to be put out of business.

What happened with your situation?  I have just started my own Stupid moment.  I need some help.

Oh right the company name on the ledger is googmoney, which is a misrepresentation of the company I signed with.
