Got a call from these people just a few minutes ago - showed up as 615-256-7156, asked for someone i'd never heard of before (and didn't identify themselves), probably the previous person that had my cell number.

They called twice and hung up.  I'm getting quite ticked off. I hope their phones blow up and they get a real job.

they hung up as soon as i answered. Waste of breath and time these idiots not fit to be human.

this number called me after I updated some credit report issues. Very rude and refused to pay anything untill they sent me written proof. Be cautious of bill collectors.

call them at night after you go to youtube.com type in lightening hopkins music then call them press key 12-29 on your phone when you get a beep to leave a message leave them so good old lightening hopkins blues  or you can leave them some ray wiley hubbard or some billie joe shaver. or maybe the song pissin in the wind.I give these b*****ds hell every night.like what are they going to do about as they call and harass me,turnabout is fair play.

try this call them back at night or on sunday press 19 to 26 to leave a message but before you do go to youtube.com and put them on some music from hip hop to some ray wylie hubbard or billy joe shaver give like you receive some harrassment rememper mr payback.what are they going to do about it remember they started it.john fogerts don't mess with my toot toot is a good one to play for them.

Someone by the name of Joyce Kelly called my job and left the 800# with the fellow officer who took the call.

They keep calling my house, asking for someone else.
When I informed them that there was no-one here by that name, they essentially called me a liar,
accusing me of covering for this other person.  They have continued to call even though I have asked.
This is possibly one of the poorest excuses of a debt-collection company I have ever heard of.

Of course, I recorded the original offensive call and their responses, and I am recording ALL of their call attempts since.  Since I have asked them nicely to stop calling and was told, "No, they will not unless I tell them how to contact this other person...",  I will be suing them in the near future for harassment.
(please note that complaints to their management have gone unanswered.)

Don't deal with these people.  They are an offense to the industry and I consider them a scam.

I just got a call from these people and I don't owe ANYONE anything.  I', not callint them back.

I have received phone call from this number for two days with no message being left. I will not answer my phone for unknown numbers and will only return phone calls if they leave a voice mail. Not very professional (no matter what type of business it is) not to leave a message for follow up.

I get all the kook calls I just ignore them but they can be a pain in the a--.

i got the same call from 615 254 7156 from a person named Mrs.Watson. left a message regarding a very important business matter and to call back at 1800-264-7156. do any of us have something in common that they would want something to  do with us?

This is a scam. Do NOT give them any info.

They hung up when I picked up.

It was a computer call that said to 'press 9 to speak to one of our lab associates'.  I was alarmed thinking my wife had a medical problem but 'pressing 9' did nothing and the message continued. It turned out to be this Frost-Arnett collection agency using a deceptive and illegal trick to get people to answer their calls.  Thanks to the information posted here I knew not to call them back and our answering machine screens all calls from toll free numbers.

this is a collection agency.  It seems they mainly do medical collecting.  If you owe them money, call them back and talk to Stephanie at extension 309.  She had to be the most polite collection agent I have ever dealt with.  Before I even had the chance, she asked if I wanted to try a settlement (for a fraction of what was actually owed), unfortunately, the original debtor they were collecting for wouldn't allow it.  She also told me as soon as I get off the phone to dispute it on my credit reports because the company usually will take it off completely once it's paid, from what she told me.

And no, I don't work for the company, I was just shocked as to how polite Stephanie was.  The original operator was a bit rude sounding though.

I got a call from 615.255.3469 and left a message with the name of Paul Dickman. This is an unknown name to me as well as not leaving a more detailed message but to call. The # he left to call back was 800.264.7156 with no answer

Whomever this is, I called the # back and there was no mention of the company name or anything when the voicemail picked up!!  I would appreciate it if these people do not call my place of employment EVER,since I have no idea whom they are and the purpose of their business!
