don't know who it is but all these reports seem to say that Rogers calls numerous times daily from different numbers.

I only answer calls from my friends and NEVER answer between 8 am and 7 pm.  So, if it important, leave a message!!!!

Yeah its Rogers Wireless accounts recievable. They call me when im late on payments, but they called me today a day after I paid my bill, so thats weird..

I have never been so mistreated by any form of customer service as I have with Rogers. They're rude, they've insulted me, they've told me I was a liar, they've overcharged me and they've cut off my phone by claiming I was six months late in payments, uhhhhhh absolute bu***hit! They keep calling me from this number, sometimes there is a person on the other end, sometimes they just hang up. Yesterday they called asking me to rate their service from 1-10 and I told them it was a 3, the service women on the other end got pissed that I gave such a poor rating and told me I wasn't important enough to go on with the rest of the survey and promptly hung up. I can't wait for my contract to expire in September!

They just called me.  I ignored it, as I don't pick up unidentified numbers.  You would think that as a phone company, they would put their name on the call display.  Since they wanted to charge me $40 to change my phone number when I moved, I kept my old number, and as a result, get charged long distance every time I pick up here.  I'm not picking up and paying long distance to have them tell me my payment is late.  I get that.  Perhaps if they actually treated me like a loyal customer (which, really, I guess I'm not since I'll tell anybody who'll listen what crap service they've given me since I renewed my contract), they'd be a little higher on my 'to pay' list.  Do unto others, Rogers... sorry, but I'm just ignoring you for a week, kind of like you ignore me and give me a hassle every time I have a problem with your stupid cell service.

rogers harassses me daily as well. i have paid all of my bills on time for the past three years but i constantly get harassed.  i hate rogers so much, they have stressed me out, double charging me not only once , but twice. i hate rogers and will tell anyone who is getting a phone to pick someone else.

Call *67 then their number 1 800 267-2070 and then have fun, I usually get a real person on the line by using weird number combinations when prompted for my number then ask for their home number when they ask me for my cell number...........

I made a mistake of renewing my plans with rogers in 2005. Since then my nightmare started. Over billing. Billing for things included in the plan. What customer representatives say does not match what they type in their notes. I have recordings of conversations and the recordings do not match the notes. They keep giving me credits and still in 2009, my plans are not fixed. Never go on an auomatic payment plan. They have been trying to do that with me since 2005. They will rip you off. Then you will have to contact a nasty rep to sort this s**t out. T mobile was planning to come to Canada. When they do, Rogers will really be screwed. I am taking all my plans away as My contracts are up. The bastards just dont care for you. They cancel lines after payment has been made. Lets drive Rogers to the Ground.

It seems someone should start some sort of legal coalition against this. I receive calls at all hours of the night, many times a week, and even when I'm out of the country. This seems like not just bad customer service, but privacy infraction, personal harassment and another scam to make you pay for YET another service from them; call blocking, which they will probably just screw up and double bill you for anyways. ANd make you wait 45 minutes to talk to them. This is a huge waste of my time

So this number calls me twice I missed it and when I went to call it back it was rogers accounts receivable. They asked me why I was calling and I said I don't know I just missed a call from you. They checked over all of my account stuff and couldn't figure out why they called me. The guy then says maybe we called you because we wanted to offer you an upgrade. I then asked why would your accounts receivable be calling me for that. He then said I don't know I apologize for wasting your time and to ignore the call that I got. Like seriously ppl WTF you call me and you don't even know why your calling me. Give me a break.n Retards

Ive had the call twice today. I paid my bill 5 days ago. I was a few days late because I was out of town. They did this to me last month too except the called me from their 416 number and she told me I owe them 130$ that I already paid a week prior. Im close to canceling my contract with them

I sent them an email about it because I received 8 phone calls a day for a while. Then I put my number on the do not call list. I also sent in a complaint with the CRTC. The phone calls stopped

I get hassled by Rogers all the time - even if only a few days late. So they get their late fees (which I obviously don't care about) *and* they get to harass me.

Piss poor customer service, Rogers. And I'm leaving as soon as my contract is over in less than a year and never coming back... plus will be sure to spread the word to any friends & family asking for recommendations when they're getting a new phone.  

Anyone know a good competitor for Rogers here in Canada?  Bell tower coverage sucks for where I need it (cottage), so who else it out there that isn't affiliated with Rogers yet has good coverage.  Virgin maybe..?

they phone me and when I answer, no one says a word. What is with that??? They don't even leave a voicemail. My account isn't overdue by much, I already made a payment, yet they repeatedly phone me throughout the day, I assume to ask for more money, since they hang up when I answer. Soo weird. Absolutely ridiculous..

I had the same problems with Rogers, finally I ended up cancelling and they tried to bill me another $400 just to not be their customer... right. Yes it was in the small print, nothing you read when standing at the store selecting your service and nothing they point out to you either.

I'll never pay that... ever. Wish I could bill clients $400 whenever they were not satisfied with me.. lol.So once in a while I get the stray 267-2070 calls. Rogers has such a horrible rep for this Im surprised anyone uses them anymore, especially with Skype now available here. You'd have to be dense to use Rogers, Skype is $3 a month.

First time I received this call. If the caller is from Rogers collection, their not doing there work in the tracing department therefore they should Fire the lot of them. Why, you ask. Simply I don't have Rogers cell, cable or phone.
Just changed my land line 2 weeks ago, from IDIOTS like Rogers, this is a new phone line and not with rogers.

Hope they call when I'm home, so they can hear some Greek swearing words.

its all accounts receivable/collection calls, on an auto-dailer, and will continue to call you until you make a PTP (promise to pay). If you don't have any accounts with rogers/fido, I suggest you check your credit file (transunion.ca or equifax.ca) and see if there has been any inquiries on your file from rogers/fido. If there is, then you might be a victim of ID theft. Take it from me, I worked for the Loss Prevention Dept/Fraud and Security and ID theft is HUGE. We had about 70 investigators, each with over 300 cases per month of fraud. You wouldn't believe how many times people would call us saying they need to renew their mortgage but can't because there is a $3000+ bill from rogers/fido in their name. PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR ID, check your credit. If you do see something, call the LP dept 1-866-383-2080

These folks from Rogers.Com a telecom Co. Call 2x a day, despite telling them not a Subscriber, am on the do not call list, and not to call again, have fwd to Attorney General, and MPP and the news wires.

Despite telling them not a rogers customers, my cell phone is registered as a DNC they keep calling 2x a day and no one is on the line. next time I upgrade my Phone or look at another carrier it will not be Rogers Telecom. I have reported them several times to the Ministry which can prosecute, too bad not in Washington State, this harrassement would cost them 10k for every call.
