Today I got a call from 6478715320. A lady told me that I didn't pay my last bill to Rogers. Then she told me to call 1 800 268 7815 to pay my last bill.

Known offshore telemarketing fraud pretending to be the Rogers billing department. This is a fraud, and potential victims should hang up the phone and not provide any information or credit card information to this caller.

Repeat - This is a phishing fraud, not a legitmate call from Rogers.

Notify the RCMP Anti-Fraud site if you receive calls from this number.

received several calls from this number then called it and got directed to 10145787 with a statement must be 18 yrs or over and 3.99 a call. Called rogers 1888 number and they verified there is nothing wrong with my account. This is a scam if they expect 3.99 and over 18 to call the re-directed number

They call daily and leave msg to call them about my cable acct - I ignore them - I don't have cable.

And our bill is paid up to date. So, it can't be debt collectors.

I've been getting calls from this number almost every work day for the past two months. My number isn't even the primary on my account. "Can you remove my number and just call the other one?" "No, this is a Rogers number so we can't". WTF.

A got a call from somebody claiming he was from Rogers they other day. He said he wanted to offer a special promotion on my existing rogers plan to me all I had to do was tell him my POSTAL CODE. I got pissed and told him if he was from Rogers they should already have that info. He told me that is something they don't have but he needs from me while assuring me there is nothing he can possibly do with my postal code info for scamming purpose (in an Indian accent!) I told him again I don't believe he was with Rogers. He was very persistent and getting angier with me. I told him to "screw off" and I hung up the phone. I did not look to see if this number came from 800-268-7815 or did I actaully call Rogers about this.  Has anybody else got a call like this from somebody claiming to be from Rogers or Bell???   Just curious.

I called this number at the request of a collection agency IQOR.
This rogers (Accounts Receivable) number is of no use trying to
clear up an old false debit. Once your info has been sent to a
cllection agency, then you will be bothered forever. Rogers will
not admit to faults with cable junction boxes. they are left open
all over the place. this lets other people connect to your cable.
Rogers does not care about the customers service, they only want
you to pay your bill. Even if you didn't have the proper service
you were paying for.

They call me at least eight times a day. I have called them at least five times asking for a final bill and have not yet gotten a straight answer. Everytime it is a different total. One of thie billing people said they were charging me for another month even though I had cancelled and would not be using the service. I told them I had thee paid redeceipt for the prior month and then started they started making stuff up about not paying a bill from months earlier. Another said I would not be charged for the additional month. Everytime I call I get a different amount owing I have cancelled all of my ROGERS services beccause of this ongoing harrassment and if you are wise you will never sign up with these money grubbers. They fired a ton of the tecnicians and overchage for what they offer. Bell is superior. Better TV by far. Excellent Customer Service. People who you can actually understand and they treat you with respect. (Unlike ROGERS). Bell doesn't put you on hold for fifteeen minutes either. I have filed a formal compaint about these sharks and tell everyone my story and will get as many people to switch as I can .When Ted Rogers died the company did too. DO NOT USE ROGERS EVER.

I had suspicions about two calls from this number.  I called Rogers at the number on my bill.  They said that the number was valid, it is Accounts Receivable, but that there was nothing on my bill that needed dealing with so they didn't know why I had received the recorded calls.

Said that my credit card was no longer valid.

I got a call from them yesterday.  I called Rogers directly (*611) and Rogers said I didn't owe them anything.  I believe it to be a scam.  I've notified Rogers of these people calling but I don't know if Rogers can do anything about it.

Pay your damn rogers bill you deadbeats! lol

I bought a tracfone last month to use in emergencies, and I've gotten two voice mails from a Rogers Cable Company demanding I call them at this number. Never heard of them before now (we have Time Worthless).

I tried calling them back, and couldn't complete the call because it was out of the service area. Tried on my land AND cell lines, same response.

Called the operator, she couldn't help, either. WTF?!? I've had the phone less than a month. Apparently whomever had my number before wasn't a responsible person. Who the hell are these people, and how do I get them to stop harrassing a non-customer? Good God.

This number just called me. I looked it up and it wasn't Rogers. I tried to call back but when I did I got a busy signal instead of a ring tone. Whis these people would stop

This number is the IQOR call centre calling on behalf of Rogers (in one of their many forms).
It's accounts receivable.
After many transfers through 888rogers1 they confirmed it.

You're all a bunch of fools; it is ROGERS ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE.

Next, you'll have to put up with harassing calls from IQOR,

I called Rogers and asked if they called from this number.  Rogers said they called once on November 2nd, this number called several times on November 8th.

Individual named Alex posing as a rogers official - indicating that bill payments were missing. The bills were ofcourse actually paid. I believe this to be a scam.
