This number has called me everyday at least 3 times for two weeks no messages left, I have ads on Craigslists, if I anwer or ignore they still call me its really annoying.  

I a call from this number at 5:32PM MST on 04/09/2014. I did not answer and they did not leave a voicemail. I too posted an ad on Craigslist a couple days ago. Also, I received another weird phone call today that Google says is a scam. That number is 1-855-714-0714. I find it interesting that both phone numbers have similat numbers in their sequences (1, 4, 7)... just saying.

I do not post and have never posted on craigslist... I also do not enter my information on websites. I got a call from this company by a man with a thick accent at 7:02pm on Tuesday night asking to speak to the owner of the number. When I asked what it was regarding he stated that they were global destinations starting a global company and that I was a VIP selected to participate. I proceeded to tell him that he has no reason to be contacting me considering that I did not submit my info anywhere, I am on the do not call registry, and that I did not initiate any contact with his company. He proceeded to tell me I had no obligation to do anything and I told him that my problem was that I do not like being called by people let alone random people and that he had no reason to have my number or contact me. He started stuttering and trying to gather something to say and I told him that his company should never call me again and wished him a good night. Everything he was saying in regards to the original story seemed as if they were pulled out of his a**. Submitted a complaint to the FCC and do not call registry as well as this complaint to possibly help others.

I received the same call asking who this number belonged to? I then asked her if she was retarded. The lady said she new my address and hung up on me

I just got called.  I do not list or advertise or buy anything on craigslist.  No person i hung up.

Global travel ... Won a vacation to Las Vegas or Reno or Tahoe or ?.. Said located in Encino California .. Wants you to attend hour and half meeting regarding savings for vacations travel... Said they had to qualify me as to whether or not married ...

Scammer. Craigslist. They take your number and offer your "deals" and s***. Dont answer unless your gullible. Lol. SCAMMERS.

I just got tons of spam from my Craigslist listing so I clicked on "no replies to this email"   They got me twice.  They sent spam emails to all of my contacts.  What a pain in the butt.

Received an unwanted call from an unknown caller from this number.  I did not answer it.

Yep...got a "reward" for being  a lucky random number.. Was Some Indian guy.. I was listening to what mumbo jumbo b***s*** these dumba** was selling.. Do not listen to this and take your number off Craigslist!!! This is how this happened to me because I've never had this happen before.

Orange County in California.  I received a call from 1 (800) 271-1417 on Moncya 12/16/2013 4:05PM but I did not answer the phone because I was busy at work.  They did not leave a message.  I decided to look up this number and decided to leave a message on this site.  I wonder if they got my number from my Craigslist posting.

I never, NEVER us my home phone or cell phone number for Craig's list ad's , I bought a magic jack plus just for my Craig's list ad's , word of advice take it from me Craig's list has more weirdo's and scams than any other internet selling website around, but it works just have to weed out the calling scams and weirdo's , and never link your magic jack to your home address or any of your personal phone numbers, I know what your thinking they want to talk to somebody as soon as they call ,but if they want what I am selling bad enough they will leave there number or call back. works for me, no I don't work for magic jack lol

Posted an ad on Craigslist today December 10, 2013 and they call me shortly after I did not answer the call cause I was away from my phone at the time.

Seems to be a pattern. Just posted stuff an hour ago on CL and some s*** already got my # for bullcrap! Even spelled out my # to avoid the phishing stuff. Great

I think they did. That would explain why they called me.
