It sounds like Anchor House Financial.
They want $199 for info you can get for free elsewhere.

The scam is that they are saying you can rent to own these properties. No credit check? No down payment? Take over payments? Yes, you are taking over someone's payments but not so that you can own it. Trust me, you will never see the title. It's really just a rental situation that allows the company to use your cash to put equity back into the property. Be careful of what you sign.... you could end up being the renter indefinitely or at least until your rent money has paid the place off!
