Yes it's Time Warner Cable and they left a message that they were going to "allow" me to give them valuable feedback.....must be because I called and listened to their automated messages letting me know there was/is an outage in our area.......internet is on......internet is off.....internet is on.....internet is off....been that way all day.
I'm not sure they want my feedback right now.

Time Warner Cable. I dropped my turbo internet and got this automated call to take a survey right after. It said they would keep trying to contact me : \

Frikkin' Time Warner Communications...started pestering me IMMEDIATELY after I called them to drop a single part of my TV package...this is the worst kind of cold-calling; I'll remind them next call I'm on the national no-call list; meanwhile, LUCKILY my smartphone has built-in OS-ware that can block up to 100 numbers so I never even hear the thing ring.

I have gotten several calls from this number and when I blocked it out, they starting calling private. They would call 3 and 4 times a day. So when they would call I would cussed them out. I haven't received any more calls since then. Something or somebody needs to stop these people from calling. This is ridiculous and harassing.
