Repeated calls. I am on the do-not-call list. Calls prior to 9 AM which is illegal. Does not ask for me by name, does not say where he is calling from or what he is calling about. Just gives me his name & tells me to call him back at this number. Clearly running a scam.

I also am receiving phone calls from Leading Edge Recovery Solutions, after my collection account had been closed with them.  Illinois State's Attorney, Lisa Madigan, has filed a lawsuit against this company for unfair business practices - threatening legal action and physical harm, contacting employers with misinformation.  Do not give them any of your info!!  They are contracted out by Sherman Financial Group (Resurgent Capital Payment) 888-665-0374.  They were easy to deal with and offered me a payment plan.  If you do owe someone money, see if Sherman can get your file/account pulled from Leading Edge and request to deal with Sherman/Resurgent directly.

If it really is Leading Edge Recovery Solutions, then it is a collection agency.  Do not give them any of your info.  They also demand full payment in 30 days, or else!  But no one I talked to there what happened to the account after 30 days.  They do not deal with the or else part.  They also threatened to go to court and have fraud charges filed against me, which is totally illegal.

I called back and spoke to a Mr. Scott.  He was extremely rude and yelled at me on the phone.  He said he was sick of my crap and didn't care if the State of Texas took everything I owned.  He also called me a low-life.

Called number back.  They said they were Leading Edge Recovery.  I am assuming they are a collection agency.

this guy repeatedly calls me a work and leaves a message to call him back, no company no nothing, I told them I can't receive personal calls at work, but they won't stop, they are going to cost me my job!

Yeah, I recieve the same damn calls everyday with no company  name no reason, I never return their damn calls!

These calls come daily. A man leaves messages asking to call back this number. No company name, no reason for calling. I don't return calls. What is it?
