I am trying to find out some information for my 70 yr old mother who has stage 3/4 emphysema. She has a current bill after insurance of 900.00 with you. She needs some kind of payment plan or to see if she qualifies for free medical. She again has insurance but only lives on Social security of less then 18000.00. Can you please let me know what you can do to help us? Or who we can contact? Due to this money owed, she is refusing to go into the hospital for treatment..She should be there about every 7 weeks with her condition.. Please let us know what can be done.
