I HAVE SPENT THE MOST PART OF EVERDAY THIS WEEK DISCLAIMING LIFE INS.POLICIES AND so called miracle weight loss pills!!I'm just as madd at myself for falling for $1 free trial 'DeaLS' that get my acct.number and off they go and here I am to clean up the mess! They convienantly do not leave a number to contact # to call and cancel with them you have to keep callining over and over again! It makes me  not want to get on the computer anymore and that's how I my pay my bills and shop due to health problems.Just as everyone,I thought the computer was and is a good technology,It is  wonderful,You just have to keep an xtra eye on it and check every month your Bank statement and be an under cover as you are looking at it and don't be afraid to buck them! Hopefully you will get PAID BACK!

I didn't receive any phone calls from them but have called them many times only to be put on hold for ever!  I cancelled before the 15 day deadline and even got email confirmations of my cancellations and they still shipped me another bottle and charged my account $69.95. The only way you'll be able to stop from being charged is if you cancel your card. It's the only way! Your bank can put a duspute against the charge and its a 50/50 chance that you'll get refunded for it. Other then that I found an address from someone else that you can write and see if they'll refund your money that way

I disputed a charge with this company and won and Capital One even knew it was a scam because so many customers were calling to dispute it. These people are rude and disrespectful and one of their customer service lines was "out of service" for a while and they denied it.  Thank god my credit card company was so great!

I am in the same boat as everyone else.  All the numbers provided on the blog here have been disconnected or have a weird message.  I am extremely upset with myself over this scam.  I am unable to find the website, because it has expired since I ordered my free trial - lol.  If anyone knows of a solution to this problem, let me know.  Is cancelling the credit card you charged the product on the only solution?

Please tell me how you got through, because I had 2 phone numbers originally, which both were on my order confirmation page, and one got me a different company where they did not even have me in their database, and the other was disconnected.  Then I got 3 other ones fro these blogs, and one was disconnected, and the other 2 gave wierd partial addresses, and said good-bye and disconnected me.

I received an email from this company which says ?get your risk free trial in just $1.49? I filled out the information, after a few days I received an other charge of $69.95 on my credit card I called the customer support number given on the bottle. And ask why did they charge me, they had the edacity to tell me that when I placed the order online I agreeing to there TERMS & CONDITIONS.
When I asked them to refund my money back they mentioned ?terms and conditions have it clearly mentioned ALL SALES ARE FINAL? but when I when thru the terms and conditions it also stated that ?Returns will NOT BE ACCEPTED without prior authorization. Please contact us on our toll free number before sending anything for return. Restocking charges will be $20.00 plus $4.95 Shipping & Handling which will be applied to all returned bottles?.

When I was on the site, back in December 2008, it said RISK FREE and the Terms did not come up.

I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone TODAY talking to people who I could barely understand and who were very rude.  I was charged for three shipments that I NEVER received.  They gave me bogus tracking numbers.  The USPS has no records for two of them, and one of them is the tracking record for an order that went to another city in the the same state where I live.

So, don't give me that crap about the Terms and how legit you claim to be.  Your company stole $209.85 from me.  I can only imagine what you've taken from others.

I have lodged formal complaints with the BBB and my credit card company.  I've also contacted my attorney.  I may not get very far with it, but your company will most likely get bad publicity from this.  Especially if everyone you people have scammed come together.

I got scammed by them too.  They charged me for three shipments I never received.  They said that they had tracking numbers.  So, I had them give them to me.  They were bogus numbers ... The USPS has no record of two of the shipments and one of them was for another house ... in another city.

I've reported them to the BBB, filed a dispute with my credit card company and have an attorney getting the paperwork ready.

When I ordered the sample product, it said RISK FREE and the terms of service wasn't there.  They tried to say that it was posted that you had to call.  I check sites like that BEFORE I order anything.  Had it have said that, I would not have ordered the sample product.

They told me this morning there would be a refund.  But, when I called back this afternoon to find out about how long it would take, they said that they have a 'no refund' policy.

This Cheshunt Overseas Ltd. is an underhanded company trying everything they can do to sucker you into buying their product in an unethical manner.

I received a package in the mail from them containing natural Acai berry supplement dietary pills about 2 weeks ago. The bottle was 20 capsules. There was no paperwork whatsover except the bottle. No charges were made to my credit card. I had no idea why it was sent to me. It showed on the package it came from Cheshunt Overseas Ltd., 1285 Baring Blvd., #297, Sparks, NV 89434. As Anna says in her review, it is a post office box at the UPS store. I will be following up with this UPS store to let them know of these complaints.

I monitor my checking account and Visa debit card account daily to be sure nothing funny is going on. On January 20, 2009, all of a sudden I see a charge for $69.95 for Natural Acai Berry with an illegible 800 number tacked on the end of the name. Then I also see an international tranaction charge on my accout for $1.40. Earlier this week, I receive another package from them with a bottle of their product with 60 capsules, again with no paperwork whatsoever. It shows to be have sent from the above address as well.

I don't know how in the world they were able to get my information. I did not authorize these crooks to use it or send me anything. They must have been passed on the information from another store as we use the Internet a lot to buy things. Needless to say, I went to the bank and put a fraud dispute in on my credit card and returned the product by Fedex. If they don't except it and try to send it back, at least I can prove to the bank I tried to return it since it was an unauthorized shipment. They won't be able to thieve any more money from my debit card because the card is now cancelled and will be reissued by the bank.

In the meanwhile, I have checked with the BBB and they have a BBB rating of 'F' which is as low as you can go. On the bottle was the name of thier website, which is (www.natural-acai-berry.com). I ran their website on Whois.com and found out the following:

This is interesting considering I had never been to their website or ordered their product. According to their terms, they are sending you a 10 day supply of their product to try for $4.95 and enroll you in their monthly shipping program. Within 14 days if you don't cancel, they will charge you $69.95, and look at the caveats that all sales are final and they will not accept any returns. The problem with their rip off program is they hit you for $69.95 before you even get a chance to receive the so called 10 day 'trial' product and get a chance to try it out before they start hitting you for the $69.95 per month. All they do is drag their feet for a few days after you order before they ship it, and then their is shipping time by the post office, so 10 days has gone by before you even receive it depending on where your located.

I'm sure more complaints will show up about these practices since they started this Natural Acai Berry product only in August 2008 and they are just starting to try and screw people out of their money. If you look at the other Natural Acai Berry products, they charge similar 'outrageous' prices of $59.95 to $89.95 per month for their product after short trial periods, but at least these companies will let you cancel or return the product if you don't like it.

Thanks for the phone number. I was able to cancel within the 14 days with this number and I have received an email verification.

The number I was finally able to get through on was 1-866-376-4078.  You get a company called Real Solution Labs in "Nevada".  The person who answered the phone was very difficult to understand.  I don't belive the initiall call is to Nevada, but did get transfered there when I finally asked to talk to a Manaager and talked to "his Manager" a Nick Wright who was of little help.  I did finally did get a cancellation number. I asked to talk to Nick's manager and was given a name of Tom Black, but he was never in.  You have to be firm with these peope.  I've since disputed the charges with the credit card company and cancelled the card...Hope this helps.

I just called the 866-376-1865 number.  The man was nice enough and cancelled the automatic payments to our card.  2 problems though, one it sounded as though the call center was in India.  The man had a very heavy accent and I had to keep asking him to repeat himself.  The second problem is that by the time we had called they had already sent the first full price bottle and charged our card for it.  They do not give refunds either because apparently on the terms of and conditions stated on the website they do not give refunds.
